The staff is courteous and respectful. Wendy had called me right on time for my appointment. She scheduled my service right away. There was no major issues with the car only oil change maintenance. The experience was low key and professional. We were able to test drive the vehicle and all questions were addressed. Minimal to no pressure was applied to try to make you change your mind if you rejected something offered. Very different than other dealers we have used in the past. Everything was taken care of and we drove off with the car we selected that day. Tim was great!
