You will be happy you went to Fred Beans

Yesterday, we bought our third car from Fred Beans Chevrolet. (4th counting another from Fred Beans Nissan) We will be back to purchase another car next year for our younger son as well. I can't say enough about this dealership. Every step of the way has remained a wonderful experience. From test drive to negotiations to financing including the tremendous service we continue to receive on our cars after purchase. Thank you for another great experience.

Great service, friendly and helpful personnel

Just bought my second car from Fred Beans. Sales personnel are very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Finance person goes the extra mile to get you the best deal to finance your car. Showroom is beautiful. Service area is clean and the nicest that I have seen anywhere. Service is always great. I plan on purchasing all of my cars in the future from Fred Beans.

I love my 2013 Equinox.

My husband was not actually looking to buy a new car. He walked in to discuss selling his Silverado. We had actually talked to another dealership, who offered us much less than we KNEW the truck was worth. We also had a Bonneville that we traded in as well. Vince talked to my husband about how easily and financially feasible it would be to put us into a new Equinox. Well, to make a long story short, the next day I drove out with a brand new car. Everyone @ Fred Beans Chevrolet was welcoming. Vince introduced us to the service writer that we would have for the car. He sat with me in my new car to set up the Onstar, answer questions about the seats, radio, bluetooth, and assured me that I could call him on his cell phone to ask any questions I might have. We were offered refreshments, and invited to an upcoming customer dinner and educational evening. This is our 8th car purchased through the Beans corporation.

Great Experience and I love my new car

I spent alot of time shopping around for a new car and dealt with a lot of car salesmen and managers. I really felt comfortable with the salesman (Bruce is great) and the managers at Fred Beans Chevrolet. They are very respectful and sincere and it was a great experience. Shopping for cars with kids is not easy and they had a playroom, food, drink and plenty of ways to keep the kids busy so I could concentrate. I love my new car and had a great experience at this dealership!

Highly Recommended- Great cust service = Great buy

Planned to just stop take a quick look at a few cars on lot, and ended up leasing the next day. Had great interactions from start to finish walking through showroom to the parking lot, and salesman named Bruce was an absolute pleasure from start to finish through ENTIRE process. Never did we feel over pressured or fed lines to buy, very up front and knowledgeable staff ... we can say we honestly enjoyed shopping and buying from this dealership. Really felt staff there did great job communicating info in timely manner and worked to get us most rebates possible, which blew other dealers away. Met manager named Mark on first day that clearly knew his stuff about best approach to making a deal but more importantly understanding of our particular situation and very fair ... would do business with them both again in a heartbeat, in fact plan to get our second car there ASAP! Thanks again guys for the great deal on a great vehicle ... still waiting on the Starbucks!! :)

Would definitely recommend!

My dad purchased his Volt from this dealership last year and recommended me for my Malibu. I have to say, the friendliest staff and a pleasure to work with. Mark Donohue, the GM was knowledgeable and attentive towards my concerns and needs. I am happy to recommend my husband and brother in law, who will be looking into Chevrolet for their next leases.

Awesome

I actually was waiting for a factory ordered car from a competing dealership. I received a call from Fred Beans in response to an online inquiry I submitted. I stopped in one Saturday and the reception was great I really felt a good vibe from the whole experience. The week that my car was to arrive, i noticed the influx of Fred Beans Commercials on TV. My car arrived at Anonymous Local Area Dealership, and the nightmare began. Long story short, after a some shady business practices by Anonymous Local Area Dealership, I was at my wits end. The sun shine came through my window and revealed the Business Card of Allen Schwartz (Fred Beans Sales). They were able to get me the exact car I had previously ordered elsewhere. Decent rate, the payment I had in my budget, and all this done within 7 days. Fred Beans really made the difference and they made my car buying experience awesome. P.S. Anonymous Local Area Dealership = I live in 18976 + I bought a Chevrolet...You do the math

These guys are great!!!

All of the Fred Beans dealerships in Doylestown are great; the service was absolutely excellent, and everyone who helped us find our new family car was so amazingly helpful, accommodating and flexible. Steve (from Fred Beans Ford, across the street) was happy to share resources with his counterparts at the Chevy dealership to find us exactly the car that we needed, and stayed after hours two nights in a row to put my wife and me into our Cobalt LS. He stayed till almost 9, when his shift ended at 5, just to make sure that we were well taken care of and perfectly satisfied with our new car. Never once did he make us feel as though we were inconveniencing him, and he was happy to take us on any test drive we asked for. Larry, a manager of Fred Beans Chevy, really stepped up and went above and beyond for us to put us in the driver's seat of the car we really wanted. We almost settled for an older model with more mileage, but Larry managed to find us a deal on the one we were admiring more. Alex, the "finance guy" from Fred Beans Chevy, truly works magic. My credit is, admittedly, not that great, but once again, we found him to be working for us, the customers, not the banks, credit companies or dealership. He managed to get our interest rate dropped below what we thought we'd be able to score, and worked hard to find us a fair and affordable financing plan. Everyone we met (whether working directly with, or just chatting while the final details were being put on our contract) was extremely courteous & personable, and not once did we feel pressured into a plan that could've hurt us in the long run. Bottom line -- Fred Beans dealerships worked together to find us the car we wanted - in the price range we were looking for - and I'm looking forward to working with them all again when it's time to buy another. FYI - all the guys seem to have a particular fondness for organic lollipops. Thanks once again, guys, for your diligence, hard work and kindness; this kind of service is what earns our respect and trust. Hey Steve - ring the bell for us; we were so excited to get our car home that we forgot!

Very Modern and Clean ! Well trained personal !

What else can you say Fred Beans is the Best of the Best ! But this is no Secret ! I don't just buy Automobiles and Service there. I have a relationship with the people who sell and service my cars. I have Trust in them, and you can't buy that ! As Many People do... Mr Beans Has many Return customers, I found out when I was invited to a New Owners clinic , Dinner and showed me the complete dealership.. At the End even blew up a Air bag,This is my second Car so far 2013 Cruise. I will not go anywhere else ever. Love the Car And Love the Dealership

Happy client.

Excellent service, no sales pressure, delivered cay to my house which is 85 miles away. Driver was there on time. Everything was done as expected. Sales person Mr. John Long was to the point and very helpful. I would strongly recommend this dealership to all my friends. Thank you
