Happy Customer

I travel 55 minutes to bring my vehicle back to this dealership even though I could have it worked on locally. They have always been thorough and fair in their pricing. One time when I wasn't completelysatisfied they rectified the situation which is the same thing I try to do in my own business. I will continue to use them for my conversion van service as they and Explorer have always stood behind their product and their work.

Great service, not your typical car dealer.

Everyone at this dealership is there to help you. You first walk in and are you greeting by a ton on smiling faces. This was my first time buying a new car and was a little nervous walking in, but after I talked to Andrew all those nervous butterflies in my stomach went away. I had a few questions and concerns and all of them were taken care of. This place was great and I recommend it to everyone. :)

Fred Beans Chevrolet in Doylestown

My daughter in college needed a used car and was interested in a 2010 Honda Civic LX. I searched the internet and found 3 that we wanted to see. Fred beans was my second stop that day and we found that the salesman, Al Schwartz, was friendly and knowledgeable. The car was in very good condition for its age. I noticed a tear in a wiper blade and it was promptly replaced. The price was a little higher than we wanted to pay and we suggested a price that was later accepted by the dealer. But no matter what, we were still going to see the third Civic. Al offered that we could put down a refundable deposit so the car wouldn't be sold while we looked at another dealer. After viewing the last Civic, we decided that for the condition, mileage, value, free oil changes, and state inspections, that Fred Beans offered the best deal. Credit Al Schwartz and sales manager Tim Mears for making this a positive experience in closing a deal.

Great people, service & facility

Saturday afternoon appointment, very personable Service Desk and Cashier, oil change, tire rotation, etc. in a little over an hour...priceless!

I came in with the expectation of not buying from you, thinking that there was no way you could match the deal I was getting from another dealer. You guys did me 1 better. Beating the deal. Worth the long drive out to you!

WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!

The service i received here was dispicable! I just bought a car three months ago still under warrantee and now theyre telling me my spark plugs and wiring is old and mushy and 600 dollars to replace!!! After calling multiple times and not receiving a call back i finally talked to a manager and he tells me its not their responsability to change the wires bafore they sold me the car. But you would think if they would need to be replaced in 3 months theyd replace them for me when i bought the car. This is also the second car weve bought in the last 4 months that has never received the registration sticker i paid extra to have sent to me and they refuse to call me back and answer to me for this. NEVER buying a car here again!!!!
