If I could give more stars I would. This is the 2nd Infiniti we bought from the dealership and it keeps getting better. After having our Infiniti for 3 years and loving it we decided to buy one for our daughter. James and the manager Tony were amazing help. One of the cars was marked with the price substantially off. Well shocking to me they honored the price. They probably should not have but they did. What a stand up company and staff. Will always continue to buy from them and use the service department.

We just purchased our sixth Infiniti today from Perry. It was a super easy buying experience. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and not at all pushy. We were able to negotiate in good faith and quickly reach an agreement on the car we were looking for. We then dealt with Courtney for financing and purchase of an extended warranty. She was very efficient, patient with answering our questions, and was well versed in the lineup of Infiniti cars both old and new since she is a long term employee. She broke the math down into easy to understand terms. A great experience and I expect we'll come back to Infiniti of Scottsdale to purchase our seventh Infiniti.

I have leased 3 Cars so far and haven’t been disappointed yet. I will most likely lease another one once this lease is up.

I hadn't bought a car from a dealer since 1996 because I was always told the buyer loses, but I now have a different understanding after buying from here. Stanley Brown was a very helpful and accommodating salesperson who made me feel like he was looking out for me, and putting my needs above his. I got a fair price after speaking with Lee in finance, and Courtney did a great job with the paperwork and warranty. They took my old car in which was great - no need for me to try to sell it on craigslist in some random location to a stranger. The experience you get by having everything handled in one place, by fully confident people who are skilled at their trade - is well worth it.
