A+ service from the beginning! Everyone was so friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. They made us feel like family! Mary was the best! When it com
es time to purchase another vehicle, we WILL be back!
Dan was very friendly and helped my husband and I find the perfect truck within our budget. Kyle was very patient about answering all our questions an
d working with us on the paperwork. I never felt like either was pressuring me to buy something I wasn't interested in and I would highly recommend the dealership for anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.
Although I had an extremely specific set of required options in the vehicle I was seeking, Matt Bolin was very thorough and diligent in his search and
was able to locate the vehicle I purchased. Matt was able to exceed my expectations throughout the process. Additionally, Dustin Greene, in service, was able to assist me in adding the last few accessories I also desired on my new vehicle. I highly recommend both Matt and Dustin at Pearson Ford for sales and service. I will look forward to continuing to work with them in the future!
Friendly, helpful staff that made the process of buying a used car easy. All of my questions were answered and It was a relaxed process
Great communication from initial contact about availability of the vehicle through the purchasing, including details about my trade in and the new veh
icle. Seamless experience and a great new car at the end of it.
The experience buying our used van at Pearson Ford was unlike most we have experienced in the past at other dealers. Our salesman was great to work w
ith, not high-pressure in any way. We will definitely go back when we need another vehicle.
We just bought a new Ford Edge for our family car. We are grandparents now and needed a little more space in the back seat and the Ford Edge had more
room than our current car. We liked the overall size of the car as it is not as big as most minivans and not as large as some other midsize SUV's but still had the wider second row seating. Our 1952 era garage just doesn't have as much space as some newer garages. We bought this car through the Costco plan and were able to benefit from the Ford year end pricing and the Costco discount. Our salesperson at Pearson Ford, Melissa R. helped to explain how the discount worked and helped us to understand the different financing options. They did not have a car on their lot that was what we were looking for but she was able to find what we wanted and was able to have it brought to their dealership. It was just what we wanted and we made the buy. Their finance manager, Kyle M. was very pleasant and went through the purchase process and explained everything as we went along. No pressure, just good information which helped us to make choices on maintenance and extended warranty. Because of all the new tech features of the car, we also met with Francisco V. who spent an hour with us explaining all of the features of the new Ford Sync3 system. Very exciting to see all of the possibilities. Overall this was a very positive experience.
So I asked about a vehicle and they told me it was available. This was on a Friday. They acted as it was available and they asked to run my credit. T
hey did 5 hard credit hits on my credit. And told me it was declined and that the vehicle was sold on Saturday. But then told me I was approved for the truck But someone had put a deposit on it that past Thursday. And that they had until next Thursday to pick it up or it will be mine. I haven’t heard anything from them since. I have asked if it was picked up and noting in return. Now why wouldn’t they tell me that someone put a deposit on it ? I wouldn’t of told them to go ahead and run my credit. Now I have 5 hard hits on my credit for nothing. The salesman name was Matt Bolin.
Absolutely do not go here for service. Long story short, they told my husband they were putting new tires on the back. Two months and one flat later,
I find out that they moved our front tires to the back and put new ones on the front. On top of that, the lug nut was on too tight for two guys from AAA to get it off with all their equipment. Once I contacted them for information/help on this tire issue, they tried to blow me off, said that the new place I took my car was lying to me, and that I had to personally contact the tire company. They told me the whole situation was a 'clerical error'. WHAT? I then had to continue to bother them to see if they'd do anything about the situation (there was a lot more that I haven't included). Once I went higher up they were more accommodating, but then I felt like they too were trying to blow me off.
I found the car I wanted by viewing their online inventory. The pictures were critical in confirming the car was what I wanted. Charlie called the n
ext morning and invited me in to look at the car. He promptly meet my price/payment requirment and processed the purchase.
