Wow!!!
I’ve been taking my car into TUSTIN Acura since I purchased it there in 2005. Sure I can find certain services cheaper and do for some - but the reason I keep going back is the service I get. George is a true gem and is customer serviced while doing his job. He’s personable, funny, knowleable, and goes above and beyond always. The service gals are amazingly kind as well.

Time Quoted was Accurate
I had to come in for a third time for a service recall for my 2003 TL Type S for the driver side safety bag. The service department had indicated it would be about 2 hours and it was about 1.5 hours.

An overall excellent experience. Dary was courteous and professional. When the final service cost was higher than the estimate he kept the cost at the original estimate which I appreciated. I also appreciated the nice loaner car.

Great customer service!
I’ve been to so many different car services/ dealerships and have been so disappointed with lack of service along with long wait times that I’ve just become accustomed to it. This is my first experience at an Acura service and everyone went above and beyond there. Not only was the waiting area clean, but it was modern and offered amenities like comfortable couches and coffee. My car’s service was done in less time than promised and they washed it thoroughly. The service CSR explained my bill and the items that were checked. Such a nice, professional and courteous person. The manager, when she noticed I was waiting for my car, came out of the office and got the car to the front. Wow!

Acura #3...
I have had an Acura almost as long as there has been Acura!!! My first Acura had over 356,000 miles when I traded it in for my second Acura. My second Acura (a 1999) was totaled in an accident when it had over 304,000 miles. And when I had to buy another car ... I wanted it to be Acura #3 ... and Sales Representative, Alex Qaderi, did an exceptionally great job of getting me in Acura #3. He was gracious, great communication and explanations, pleasant, knowledgeable, and even came in on his day off to finalize the sale. I couldn't ask for anything better. ( Of course, that's the kind of service I have received at any time I have had need of any kind of service from Tustin Acura.) So I expected it again, and definitely was not disappointed.
