Service department was top notch. I got a loaner and they even put gas in it before I drove away. I was told what was going to happen with my car, when it would be ready that afternoon. Courteous, efficient, professional. So glad I found DCH Tustin Acura, I will be back for all my service needs.

I appreciated the efficiency in scheduling my appointment on-line or by phone. I was given a specific time and this eliminated any wait time. I waited at the Dealer for less than 2 hours. The dealership provides, bottled water, fresh grounded coffee and granola bars. I also used their individual charging stations. The have tv and a good selection of magazines. They explained and gave me both a hard copy and e-mail concerning the maintenance results and went over it and answered all of my questions. I recommended this dealership to my neighbor.
