Check engine light

My check engine light went on. I have taken the car to the dealer as long as I have owned it. The engine needed several procedures done. I saved time and money by having things done while they were already servicing the same area of the engine.

The service manger is great and advisor Dary is terrific!

I recently had trouble with my brakes and the service manger and Dary were wonderful This time by car battery died and Dary got the service done quickly and my car washed while I waited I think Acura needs to find out why my car battery dies every two years???? The last battery was covered by my warranty this one was not?

Beyond expectations

The service at this location is fantastic and friendly. The service representative, Chum, Damradary, went beyond what I felt he needed to do and made the best service experience. I would like to thank him and the rest of the employees at DCH Tustin for a good experience. Thanks again.

Great Service from George Rodriguez

Although I don't know them all by name, the entire staff is friendly and very helpful. Mr. George Rodriguez provided me with regular updates on the status of my service request and the went the extra miles to ensure my service covered everything I needed even suggesting service I hadn't thought of and/or letting me know what I didn't need at this time. I've worked with Mr. Rodriguez in the past and his dedication and esprit de corps have not wavered.

Great service

George always goes out of his way to make his customers feel comfortable and safe. He goes beyond what is expected in a service department representative. The entire staff and Manager always is friendly and extremely helpful. I will continue to own Acuras because of their amazing services.
