Fuel pump software recall
Dary the Service Writer was very polite and efficient. Only problem, other than the recall, was the front side windows stick and make a loud "click" when opening them. According to Dary, this is a common problem and the only fix is to clean the weatherstripping.

Fast, Friendly and Excellent Service!
I came in for a recall service and my service associate was George Rodriquez. George was very friendly and efficient. He estimated a 1.5 to 2 hour wait and I was out in about an hour! I have had my Acuras serviced at Tustin Acura for 15 years now and have always been impressed with their service. In fact, it was part of the reason that I opted to buy a new TLX last year. Love the new lounge also!

Excellent Service Department
Since purchasing my 2014 RDX from DCH Tustin Acura I have always serviced the car there. Their service staff knows the car and the mechanics do an excellent job. The price of service is competitive. I could probably shop around to find cheaper service, but I trust the Service Department at DCH to keep my RDX running at peak performance. There service staff is great to work with. They always dig into any issue I bring to their attention and keep me informed of any issues that I need to keep an eye for in the future. I believe they have my best interest in mind when it comes to maintaining my car.
