Service appointment

This was my first time at this dealership for service. Christian was very informative with all the service that my car needed. The best part was that I was able to wait for the car and everything was done in a timely manner. Will be returning.

Great Service!

I came in on a Saturday for an oil change and to check my battery. Cristian gave us a loaner car while my car was being serviced. He accidentally quoted me for a smaller battery I said yes to. So he called me back and apologized and charged me the same price for the right battery. He didn't have me pay more for the right battery for his mistake. I really appreciated that kind of service!

Awesome customer services

I had a great experience with my service advisor, he did everything he could to make sure my needs were met even when I had no previous appointment. Awesome experience with Dary!!

A great experience w/ sincere people!

I made my second stop at DCH Acura after going to Orange Coast were I had the most horrible experience, it was a nightmare and before I “signed” the deal I thought let’s check somewhere else. Once I did I met Mike & Ken who were honest, they followed up and were completely transparent. Ultimately this made me want to close my deal there and it made me feel appreciated and that Mike & Ken not only cared about me and what I wanted but how my family felt during the process. Thank you both Mike & Ken.

Great service

So basically I made a appointment and I test to drive the suv Mdx 2016! Got there at 1:15pm!!! Didn't leave till 7:00pm! Was there over 6 hours sitting in the chairs waiting to process and sign paperworks! Overall it was too long to get a car and my pregnant wife was very impatient to leave!!! Other than the wait plan to be there for a long time! The detail inside could have been better overall it was okay! Everyone was friendly and polite! I would go back in the future and would reccomend to others to go to Acura of Tustin!

Excellent Customer Service

I had planned to drop my car off in the evening for my morning appointment and leave my key in the "night owl" box. As I was approaching the drop box, George came out of the office and accepted my key and checked me in even though my appointment was not until the morning. The next day, George kept me posted on the status of my service and had it ready well before the promised time. George remembered me from previous service appointments and made me feel like a valued customer. Thanks, George!
