I am beyond delighted to see George back in the service department and was a bit taken back at how I missed his partnership, transparency, positive attitude. Great service

What I like about their service department is I don’t get a laundry list of things to do. They only tell you about what needs to be done and why and don’t try to up sell you on service.

Excellent

My sales person, Tommy Pham, was very friendly and accommodating in getting the exact car I wanted. which meant searching other dealerships. Polite and efficient.

Excellent Service in Service Department

My check battery system light came on & seemed to be making a different noise coming from the engine. I rushed over to DCH Acura to see my service guy George Rodriguez & he identified the problem as my alternator needing replacement. George immediately had it replaced & had my car back within a couple of hours. Excellent service as usual from George. A definite 10!!

Great experience very efficient.

Cynda was an excellent sales person. She made sure I was comfortable with my new car by getting help when needed. She is experienced, knowledgable, and was willing to work with me. I'm so happy I came back for another RDX.

Always good service

I have had nothing but good service from this place for the past 4+ years. I have to drive a little farther than I prefer, but the efficiency and friendliness make up for it. The waiting area is nice, too. Richard takes care of everything!

Longtime satisfied customer

Wonderful service, courteous and professional staff. Richard is always so helpful. I have been a very satisfied customer of Tustin Acura since 2001. They did all the service for my 2001 Acura TL. In 2017 I bought the Acura RDX, and I am loving it. I plan on being their customer for many years to come.
