Cristian Alvarez is the best!

It is always such a pleasure to take my car to get serviced because Cristian Alvarez has the best customer service! He is very professional & informative, answered all my questions. Super friendly, thank you Cristian!

What a great experience!

Service department is so friendly and helpful. Best experience I have had when compared to other dealerships/other brands in the past. Cristian Alvarez is wonderful. I haven't used anyone else but I have no reason to. I'll keep going back to him. Got my second new Acura primary because of wonderful service by Cristian and and great service environment dealership provides

Oil change

Christian the sales rep informed me about changing the differential fluid. Understood but I was going to go to an independent shop and have the service done The dealership does an excellent job in inspecting the car tires etc. I was told it would take an hour and a half which it took 2.5 hours. The extra hour was because they wait an hour before they even put your car up in the service rack second there was a recall on a fuel injector or some sort so that had to be changed out

Excellent service.

Excellent service.As always. Kyle is knowledgeable and always very helpful. I never feel like I’m being oversold or for services not needed. Kyle is always good to have a discussion with on anything that can be deferred

efficient

Charlie was helpful by taking all my information by phone, having the car ready, and making the paperwork process very efficient. Car is beautiful and sleek!

Growing Happy Acura Customer

My wife and I just finished leasing our 5th Acura vehicle with DCH Tustin Acura. I don't take writing this review lightly, seldom do I take the time to do so. But my experience with the team at this dealership is deserving of one. Recently, Ken and Omar took great care of our situation and constant barrage of questions. I greatly appreciate their time and consideration as they balance the typical wife/husband variance in point of views. Still, with a smile and timely haste, they provide us with options and most important, their advice with what is the smartest choice to make given our always changing variables. Looking forward to this and many more leases to come in the future. Cheers. A very happy Acura customer.

Kyle took great care of me and my MDX

First time at this location after years at another local dealer. Kyle was professional and gave me a great price. Why was even more impressive was the speed at which they finished my work. I was expecting a two to three hour wait and they were done in under 90 minutes including having my car cleaned. I was very happy with my experience.

First use of drop off service; not disappointed

Used the drop off service for the first time (where leave car after hours including keys). Loved how the car was already processed when I arrived the next morning, having no wait. Richard greeted me immediately, kept me abreast on repairs (flat tire) and ease of processing out when done. Liked the fact the shuttle service driver popped into waiting room calling out for passengers. Been coming to DCH Tustin Acura service for years and never failed in providing good service.
