Struts replacement and maintenance
Treated well and fairly as usual. Bought car new in 2006 and been coming here ever since. Suggest that you try them out for purchase or service.

Great communication with online sales
Overall I’m happy with the experience. I did spend a little longer than I wanted to at the dealer, but they did their best on for me in my way as quickly as possible. Fair pricing with limited negotiation.

Dependable and trustworthy
The DCH Tustin Acura service department is highly reliable and honest. I only ever take my car to them (for the past 3 years), and they never try to up-sell you on services you don’t actually need. Prices are fair and decent. The staff is incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and go above and beyond to help you and make it not so stressful. They are quick to assess any issues and keep you well informed. One time my battery went out while I was there, and they replaced it (was under warranty). If I ever need a loaner car, they provide it. All of the guys are great but I usually deal with George and he’s so kind! They also follow up after your visit to ensure everything went ok. Just all around amazing experiences!

Dary was polite, courteous, and the service was finished ahead of schedule. This place is awesome. The waiting area is nice, and we appreciate the thoughtful child play area. Will be back again.
