When you spend your hard-earned money on a vehicle, you expect honesty. I went to Sawgrass Ford and trusted them completely. I chose a vehicle marked with Ford's premium "Gold Certified" seal because it’s supposed to mean the truck went through a rigorous 172-point safety check and was fully serviced. I made a down payment, trusted their word, and drove off the lot.The very next morning, the illusion shattered. Here is what this dealership actually did to me. The exact morning after I bought it, the truck's computer system flashed a warning on my phone showing "Oil life remaining: 8%, Change Immediately" They signed paperwork claiming they serviced the engine. When I texted my salesman about the oil, he didn't apologize or tell me to bring it in. He explicitly texted me telling me to manually reset the computer monitor myself to hide the alert. Also, their official checklist claimed the tires were practically brand new at 10/32 of tread depth". I took it to an independent local tire shop, and they verified the tires are worn down to 8/32" and lower. They fabricated those safety numbers. When I discovered these hidden issues and tried to use the corporate 14-day money-back return policy that comes with a Gold Certified vehicle, management completely turned on me. They lied to my face and claimed they "don't participate" in the return program just to trap me in my finance contract. I just wanted the honest truck I paid for. Instead, they took my money, cut corners on vehicle safety. Because they have refused to make it right, I have opened an official dealer fraud investigations with the State of Florida. Please learn from my nightmare. If you buy a vehicle from Sawgrass Ford, do not trust their certified stickers or their signed inspection sheets. Take the car straight to an independent mechanic and verify everything. Because once they have your down payment, they will lock their doors and ignore you.

The Sales team is outstanding. Matt O. took care of everything for me. The Finance team was easy to work with, no pressure. the dealership made the process go quickly.

Very knowledgeable, friendly and curtsies staff. Didn't waste my time at the dealer everything was ready when I arrived. Vehicle was clean with a full tank of gas.

I?m a returning customer at Sawgrass Ford, and I wanted to share that Mario was fantastic to work with?knowledgeable and very professional. I?m happy with my new car, but I did want to mention that the interior wasn't quite 'showroom ready.' There was lingering dirt in the cup holders and pet hair in the trunk. Since this was my second purchase, I still highly recommend them, but I?d suggest a closer look at the final detail before delivery.

I have been a service and repair customer at Sawgrass Ford for nineteen years for my 2006 F-150. while I am generally not a fan of car shopping , when I decided to explore the 2025 Maverick , Sawgrass Ford was a natural starting place . My wife and I walked in back in May and immediately met Sales professional Xavier Ruiz . Xavier was the epitome of the professional, courteous , no pressure representative of Sawgrass . He showed us vehicles in stock, presented options and gave us all the time we needed to think and prepare . We ordered a 25 Maverick Lariat Hybrid AWD in May knowing it might take some time for delivery . Xavier and Tyler at Sawgrass kept us informed of progress and we took delivery on Sept. 6. It's a beautiful truck and thus far we are thrilled and will continue our relationship with Sawgrass Ford .
