Unethical to the Max. I recently purchased a new 2018 Explorer.Among the things advertised and promised was a 632.00 dealer discount. In reading my contract... a few days after the purchase, I realized they did not include the dealer discount. Yes, shame on me for not catching this when signing. However I returned to Sawgrass Ford and was passed around until I was given to John Troia, General Sales Manager. I explained my concern and that I felt they were not being fair not giving me the advertised discount. Despite the fact that I purchased 3 cars here in the past 4 years, John told me if I had wanted the dealer discount, I had to ask for it. I told him that is no way to treat a loyal customer and he said thats how it it. So I left the dealer and called my salesman I explained what happened and advised that I would not give the 5 star review that they asked me to give the day of the purchase. Later that day I received a call from the salesman who said that John Troia agreed to cut me a check for the 632.00 dealer discount if I gave all 5 stars on the Ford Survey. I told the salesman that I didn't trust John Troia due to his poor attitude, but I would comply, which I did. Now the salesman is not returning my calls and I have not received a check. So here is what I see wrong; A. the dealer did not give the discount promised B. The General Sales Manager John Troia offered to pay for a 5 star review C. John Troia reneged on his promise to cut a check for the missing dealer discount If you find any of the above ethical, then by all means, give them your business. But remember, this is the treatment they gave me after buying 3 cars in 4 years. As for me, I'll be reporting this unethical behavior to Andrew Frick at Ford. Its a shame that in 2019 some auto dealers still have not learned the value of repeat customers and ethical business practices

Got great service from Sawgrass Ford. Even though the shop was behind schedule the Service manager ensured I had transportation home. The repair was prompt... after car was assessed. Service advisor E'Lisa was quick to update me at each step!

Vehicle was dropped off the day before and is was ready by noon the next day. They also did a total inspection, since I mentioned I was driving the vehicle... out of town. Excellent service was provided by Johan Sedano!
