Brett Garcia was an excellent salesperson. He was patient, kind, well informed, and made our buying process a low stress and fun experience. Without his relaxed demeanor and willingness to answer a plethora of questions(about multiple cars/SUV's) we probably would not have purchased a vehicle from Olathe Toyota. In addition, he treated myself and my husband equally! We will be back to buy our next vehicle from Olathe Toyota!

I had been waiting for the new 2015 Camry Hybrids to be released and visited the dealership after they got their first delivery. Kendall was extremely helpful without being pushy and helped me determine some of the options I would be interested in adding to my car. Although due to a mixup another gentleman ended up helping me on my next visit, Kendall continued to greet me and check on my satisfaction on my subsequent visits to the dealership. Even after I had ordered my car, Kendall continued to sshow interest when I stopped by the dealership. When my salesman moved on to other opportunities, Kendall picked things up as if there had never been anyone else involved and went out of his way to make sure I was pleased with my purchase experience. Victoria was very pleasant to work with when I picked up my car. Along with having a good sense of humor and a friendly attitude, she was patient with this old man while explaining some of the new electronics on the car to me. I would like to extend a special thanks to Jeff Alstatt, who negotiated my pricing, determined availability, expedited my delivery and kept me updated on the progress of my purchase. Jeff filled the voids that my original salesman of record (He has since left the industry) created. After 2 days, I love my new car and extremely happy with my experience at the Olathe Toyota dealership. Although I do not normally enjoy the experience of purchasing a new car, (my previous car had 277,000 miles on it and was 8 years old), I would heartily recommend visiting Olathe Toyota, Kendall and the crew for your next auto purchase.

On November 22nd 2014 my sister and I decided to come to Olathe Toyota and purchase a vehicle for her. Shannon Merkel was the first person to approach us with assistance, and from the time she approached us until the time we left (with a vehicle) she was outstanding. She assisted us with everything we needed with a smile, great conversation and excellent service. Not only do I highly recommend Olathe Toyota, I would definitely Highly recommend Shannon Merkel!!!

It took over two hours with an appointment for a standard oil change and tire rotation. I took my other car to Ford the same day WITHOUT an appointment and had the same service done in 45 minutes.

We met Kendall Kile the previous week when considering a 4Runner or Highlander. Although we did not intend to purchase our new car from this dealership, Kendall was so easy to work with we decided to go back in. We had a price and trade in value in mind and he was able to help us meet both. We also had 2 impatient kiddos along and Kendall made the process as quick as possible. I love my new Highlander and would recommend Kendall to anyone in the market. Our experience with Andrew Wilson was also positive - he helped point out all the features in my new car, again as quickly as possible to avoid a 2 year old meltdown. Unexpectedly great experience!

I bought my Rav 4 at the dealer and have taken it to the service dept. for all of my service needs. They treat me with professionalism and don't try to sell me other services that I do not need. They know what they are doing and keep my vehicle clean. I would recommend Olathe Toyota to anyone looking for the right dealership! I will purchase my next vehicle from them in the future as they don't treat a woman as if she doesn't know what she is doing or talking about. Thanks for ensuring my safety on the road!

We were in the market for a new Toyota Highlander and had specific options that we desired. We had tried a different Toyota dealer that was closer to our house and it took over a week to get a call back. We then met with Shannon at Olathe Toyota and she went to work for us immediately. We ended up not being able to find what we wanted in a 2014 model as that year had been closed out. She did a wonderful job of getting us exactly what we wanted in a 2015 model fresh off the assembly line. The entire process took over a month and Shannon always kept us in the loop and was still able to provide a very competitive price. Her personal service to my family was incredible throughout the entire buying experience, I would highly recommend her to anyone interested in being treated well when buying a car.

We've purchased Toyotas at almost every dealership in the KC Metro area (even Lawrence), but James Ford (salesman) and Beau Thomas (finance) ensured our experience at Olathe Toyota was head and shoulders above the rest. From test drive, to price and through the final paperwork and vehicle orientation, both James and Beau were professional and importantly, not pushy. They listened to us and respected our choices, ultimately resulting in our best purchasing experience to date. James' follow-up has further convinced us that we bought at the right dealership, not to mention that the 2014 Corolla S is sporty and such fun to drive!
