Great Experience
Dennis went out of his way to answer all questions and made repeated visits between cars to make the final selection. He kept me informed as the process went along and often asked about any needs I might have. Dawn was very informative about all of the after sale details and how to get a hold of her should I have questions later. All in all very well done.

"2014 Toyota Avalon"
We had a great experience with Kendall at Olathe Toyotal! He was very personable and took the time to help us make the right decision and find the right deal without any stress. We appreciated how patient he was with us deciding on the perfect model and color. He went above and beyond to find us exactly what we were looking for,and I couldn't be more thrilled the with the Avalon we purchased. Exceptional experience
I usually attended another toyota dealership closer to the MO/KS state line because its a little closer to me, but i had the opportunity to visit Olathe toyota a few weeks ago in search of parts for my '03 car and I had the best expereince with Derek in Parts. He provide me so much valuable information and suggestions on how to take care of my convertible top, and how to take care of different components to make them last longer and work better. I returned to Olathe again today and although Derek wasnt working I was treated equally as well and purchased additional parts I needed to replace. I know I have the choice to visit several Toyota dealers in the area, but I am making Olathe my new 'home' because I really appreciated the care, guidance and serived I received from Olathe Toyota, and I will refer others as well. 2009 Ford Fusion
Kendall was amazing to work with. He greeted us as soon as we arrived at the dealership. Kendall took the time to learn about us and what we were looking for. My wife and I were not necessary going to buy a car that day as we just started looking and this was the first dealership we visited. Two test drives later we were signing on the dotted line. Gary was awesome to work with! Best car experience I ever had! I was pleased with how caring he was and amazed with how smooth and fast he got it done! We have 3 kids and I didn't want to be at a dealership all day long! He was patient with my kids! He made the car buying experience so wonderful! He gave us a good deal with our trade and we got an awesome deal with our new mini van! I highly recommend getting a Toyota and going to see Gary when buying a new car! I cannot think of anything to even question!!!
I will not make this review too wordy, just short and to the point. My wife and I had been looking for a newer model SUV, and I did an area search on GMC Acadia's. I found three within a couple of miles in Olathe and sent out emails to the different sales lots. Bob Tucker emailed me back in a short time and basically gave me the impression that he was there if I had any questions, however, he was not pushy. Since I graduated college, and was in the military, I think this is the 15th automobile I have purchased. Usually I hate even going onto a lot because of the people standing out front and coming straight up to me. Then when I finally decide on a car, and start talking about price, there is always that awkward haggle time when the salesperson says, "let me run this by my manager!" And then the "numbers game" begins. That was not the case this time. Mr. Tucker emailed me. I answered back with any questions I had. I proposed the financial part to him over the phone and email. He responded quickly. The next day my wife went in for a test drive and took the car in that would be used for trade-in. She was home within an hour. The reason that I was impressed with this is simple. I trusted the fact that she went by herself and was not hounded about the 'sale'. She went in for the test drive, and she came home and mentioned how nice it was to not have someone pressuring her about the sale. Another selling factor was based on the year and low mileage, the GMC qualified for the lifetime warranty. Usually when dealers try to upsale you into one of their warranties, it adds on the extra $1200 or so. With Olathe Toyota, it was included in the price, giving just that much more peace of mind. Granted I read other reviews of people complaining of the warranty, but I just have to say, it's not hard to keep your receipts and also make sure you know what exactly is covered under the lifetime warranty before bashing on it. The next step was calling my bank, and getting preapproved, and letting Mr. Tucker know how high I could go on price. He simply said, "Let me run that by my manager. It sounds fair." Within a short time I had a response that our price agreed upon was good to go. At that point, all I really had to do was run the check by the dealership, do a short amount of paperwork, turn in my trade, grab the new keys and drive home. I know this is probably a unique situation doing everything over the internet, but it was very convenient for my family and there was really no stress involved, and we didn't waste two or three hours haggling at the dealership. With my wife and me working long hours and having to split the visit for the test drive/payment, Mr. Tucker and the staff at Olathe Toyota made what is normally a bad experience, a VERY GOOD ONE. Like I mentioned above, this is about my 15th car in 25 years, and this by far is the most pleasant experience which in turn, makes the care even more enjoyable. I never felt like I was made a false promise, lied to, or pressured. He even offered to come in on part of a day off to make sure everything went smoothly. I will definitely return to Olathe Toyota in a couple years when my next car hits 100K to get an update. Semper Fidelis, Mr. Tucker! WjB

Easy to Reach out , Friendly , available and accomodative
Joji took extra time to understand what we were looking for. He showed up to the dealership to help us buying the car on his day off. He helped us finalizing the deal within the price range of what we were looking for, better than anybody we have reached out earlier, 4 different dealers. This is our second car through him; He sold the first car in 2012 to us and kept in the loop and communicated all these time , asked us that how we are liking the vehicle i.e . Toyota Camry and advised us to reach out to him if there is anything he can do to help, more importantly he thanked us for the business. Due to his continuous communication and care we felt confident and supportive to go back to him for our second car, even though we had several other dealership to go and explore. Finally bought a car!
Over the years, we have called, visited and emailed with Shannon Merkyl. She has always been so willing to assist us - even though we never ended up purhasing a vehicle. My husband is in sales and understands the value of the "relationship". We stopped in yesterday thinking we would look at a Camry because we are practical people looking for a good value and great milage (we keep our cars a long time). After driving the Camry Hybrid, while a nice car, it didn't offer some of the luxury that I'm used to (Infiniti owner). Shannon was busy with other customers who had made an appointment (we had not) and she asked if Kendall could go with us to test drive an Avalon. I was opposed to an Avalon as being the car for the geriatric generation. I was quite surprised in the ride, handling and style of the car. Kendall was very well informed and his "newness" didn't show thru. Both Kendall and Shannon made the experience of buying a new car from Kenny Thomas Olathe Toyota a pleasant one. Everyone was pleasant, attentive, but not pushy. I would recommend the dealership to others looking for exceptional service.
