This was our first time shopping for a Toyota vehicle. The experience was nothing but a incredible from the time we pulled onto the lot and exited in my new Corolla. Everyone was very nice, positive and fun to work with. When my wife is ready for a new car we will definitely give Pam Wells a call.

Gary was a fabulous salesman! He gave me a wonderful deal on my new car! He was quick to the point, honest and someone I knew I could trust! When i drove up to the facility I was promptly greeted warmly by Mr. Alberty who was waiting outside. He came up and asked how he can help me and led me just where I needed to go. The Used cars. I let him know my budget and he was respectful of it which made me feel comfortable. Unlike other places i have been that tried to get me to spend more than i could afford. He Told me the safety information on the 2 cars that i was interested in and let me know how they compare which was a big thing for me seeing as it is my main transportation and i have children. He was quick to let me test drive the vehicle to make sure i liked it. And kept everything easy for me to understand. Which has also been and issue in my past car buying experiences. After the test drive he assured me that he would do everything we could to make sure i could get the best deal and he did. I was able to get the 1.9% with ZERO down. I didn't have my husband with me so i was doing this all my own and he knew i was a little unsure about some of the paperwork. He explained everything where i could understand it and made me feel very comfortable. We chatted about out families and places we have been on vacation. It was very welcoming, and i enjoyed the engaging conversation . . I didn't feel like he was trying to make a commission i felt he was genuine in making sure i had the safest care that would be best suited for my needs ,price range, and lifestyle. I would definitely come back to Toyota and ask for Mr. Alberty. In the end i felt welcomed and confident in my purchase with Toyota and the extra bonus THE LIFETIME WARRANTY!!!!! I would personaly like to thank him for his patience in helping me with my purchase and explaining everything to me in "Laymans " terms so that i felt comfortable enough to buy a car without my husband there to help me. I hope that you all Notice that this is not a NORMAL thing for sales men to be so polite i have bought about 4 cars in the past 6 years so i have delt with them alot . Thank you and have a great day. Came in and purchased a truck for my son. I typically have a strong dislike for dealerships and salesmen but I can say that I am very impressed with Olathe Toyota and especially Gary. He was prompt with the information I needed. Very good with explaining the process of buying a vehicle. Three years ago I met Leroy Giles at Kenny Thomas Toyota and he was so impressive with his sales approach that I leased my 1st Camry on the spot! I had a wonderful experience with this dealership, but it all started with my salesman, Kendall Kile. I can't say enough good things about him. I have never purchased a car without my husband, so I was very nervous going in. Kendall immediately put me at ease with his knowledge, friendliness, and willingness to help. His customer service skills are admirable. Whatever I needed was immediately addressed. He was quick to call back if I called with any questions and rapidly got back to me if he had to check on anything in order to give me answers. He was always polite and anxious to make my experience a pleasant one. He was not aggressive, which I so appreciated, but made several recommendations as to options, etc, that I'm so glad I took his suggestions on. After my car as ordered, he touched base with me every so often till it arrived- and has checked in with me since I received it to make sure I was pleased and had no questions on anything. His enthusiasm was mirrored by everyone I dealt with at the Olathe Toyota dealership I've already given Kendall's card to a neighbor and a friend and told them about my great experience. I am so pleased with how everything turned out.
