Amanda was fantastic.

Amanda was fantastic. She is courteous, professional, and values her clients time. She got back to me and answered every question I had. When we arrived the vehicle was clean and awaiting my arrival. I have over 25 years of experience in the dealership field and was very impressed in the operation and ethics of this store. Patrick and Ned were also helpful in making the process move forward I would definitely recommend Amanda and the team at Jim Ellis.

Service lead times have definitely increased, but working with Vladimir is a pleasure. He is friendly, knowledgeable, and explains technical issues clearly. The staff in the service garage and billing department are also excellent--friendly and efficient.
