Evan Hill helped me test drive a Bolt EUV, after which I placed a factory order through Jim Ellis. I ended up buying a different vehicle with similar specs since it was faster than waiting for the order. Evan was very professional and patient during the ordering and buying process. I recommend having a good idea of what you want in a vehicle before showing up, and be firm about the options you want included. I am very happy with my new car.

Clarence “CW” Williams was great!

Clarence “CW” Williams was great! The car I wanted wasn’t available at first but when something similar arrived on the lot he called me immediately and I got my new car that day. It came with more features than anticipated, but honestly it was a great value for the price. Gladly do business there again.

Thomas was excellent, polite, communicated well.

Thomas was excellent, polite, communicated well. I have zero complaints with him. Great guy. Pricing was ridiculous. Had it done over $1000 cheaper elsewhere with GM OEM parts.

This was my first time bringing my car in to a dealership

This was my first time bringing my car in to a dealership for repair. I chose this dealership even though it’s further from my house because they were the only Chevy dealer I could get on the phone. I made my appointment two weeks ahead before I brought my car in. During my appointment my car sat in a parking lot for a week without being looked at. I was not happy with the communication, I felt I had to constantly call to see what was going on because nobody was telling me anything. My car was sitting not being worked on, and there was no loaner vehicle offered or available, so it’s very inconvenient not to have transportation. I understand there was staffing issues and a specialist needed for my car. However, I feel that that should’ve been handled before my appointment or communicated to me during the time my car was there so that we could schedule a time to bring it back. The lack of communication was upsetting. I had to pick my car up without any of the service performed after it sat for a week, and now I have to figure out how to get it fixed.
