I dropped off my Corvette for service I was told they
I dropped off my Corvette for service I was told they would get to it in three days they didn’t get to it for two weeks they left my my Corvette in a parking space next to a car and when I came to pick up my Corvette it had scratches all down the passenger side where the car that was parked beside me slammed his door into me several times it had to be done by someone at the dealership because it was parked inside a secured parking lot not open to customers they installed a cabin air filter filter to my vehicle without my permission and charge me for it so I would not do business with these people again

A strange experience as I was asked 2-3x about paying for my service out of pocket. How else would I pay? Also, please don't ask someone to provide their address in waiting area with a bunch of strangers. This is private information. Be aware of your surroundings when asking customers certain items.

Used to be a great business.
Used to be a great business. The service shop is gouging on repair costs. After many years of having multiple Chevy cars and trucks I doubt I'll buy another. Not because of Chevy but because of my experiences with Jim Ellis in the last year.
