Samuel was easy to work with and very prompt and

Samuel was easy to work with and very prompt and responsive however the finance person appeared to be rather unhappy to be there, was slow and after two weeks it’s still unclear if she did what she said she was going to do. Not a great way to end an otherwise decent transaction. Giving her the benefit of the doubt, perhaps she was just having a bad day.

Not a routine repair

This was a difficult repair involving a hard-to-find part on an older car. All was handled well. Would have been good to have known up front that it would take several days to locate and install the part, but the service department may not have known that going in. Probably didn?t. All worked out well in the end.

Great Customer Service

I brought my Corvette in for scheduled maintenance service. Elise was awesome and she was very pleasant. She didn?t pressure me to add unnecessary repairs. She also had my car washed, which was a pleasant surprise.

Elise was great!! She explained everything I needed to repair my suv via email because I was out of town. She had my truck done by the time I was back in town to mitigate any transportation inconvenience since the dealership no longer offer loaners.

Vehicle Service

May service experience was great! I made an appointment for service with Jim Ellis - Atlanta which was promptly obtained. Upon arrival, my service representative (Retanza Grier) was waiting for me and quickly prepared all paperwork and had my vehicle taken back for service. My only complaint would be the cost of the a replacement battery, diagnostic and labor which exceeded $400.00 which is more than I expected to spend... nonetheless, Ms. Grier treated me with phenomenal customer service!! 2 thumbs up for this employee!!
