My favorite shopping experience with these guys! My third new car from Jim Ellis and it’s Lways a pleasure. Special thanks to Reggie Stagmier for his knowledge , professionalism and enthusiasm. You can always tell when someone loves what they do and Reggie is a perfect example of that. 5 stars! I’ll be back again👍 Oh, and the car… 23 c8 htc anniversary edition is ridiculous! Took forever to get but worth the wait!

Trouble with service department

I had reported emergency brake would not work upon picking up after a month still did not work, granted they had to replace transmission and fix a wheel hub, that was replaced fine except for my wheel lock that they used to remove the tire they never put back in my truck, contacted Charles in service department about half dozen times and all I get is promise they'll put it in the mail because I live hour and half away you would think since wes Ellis is my son in laws God father and I've bought several cars that they would have tried to return my wheel lock, Charles prayor had promised several times but I guess I'm going to have to drive all the way there to get it but I can tell you I'm not going to be happy when I do, maybe someone reads this can help but I'm being to believe this will be forgotten about like my wheel lock and emergency brake.
