Dropped off car 3/25.

Dropped off car 3/25. Picked it up 8/26. Was promised a loaner. Was told I was “first in line” for a loaner for weeks. Then was told on 6/3 that GM and Jim Ellis weren’t providing a loaner as the delay was the previous servicing dealer’s fault!

Not returning

Service team did not complete requested services after having car for over a week. Service team did not adequately communicate during the time the car was in their possession. Had to follow up with team myself to find out my vehicle was finished. When picked up, not all requested services were performed.

2015 Chevrolet Cruze Rim Purchase

K worked with me to ensure I got the last 2015 Chevrolet Cruze rim in stock and installed on my daughter's car. He called the evening before the appointment to make sure we were still coming. We had received the runaround from another local tire place so this worked out perfectly!
