We first became acquainted with Laurel Autonation because a good friend of my husband's, Carey Desmond worked in their service department, he has been working on our cars for a number of years. Then the worst happened, my husband became very ill and passed away this year. During this time that he was ill, we had to buy a car that would be more comfortable for my husband to ride in because my Saturn Vue was no longer comfortable for him. Jerry Butcher helped us with purchasing our car that my husband liked, and the sale went smoothly. After he died I went back to trade his car in and get a vehicle more practical for my needs and I got a Equinox, again Jerry helped me with a smooth sale and the perfect vehicle for me. I had my first oil change last week and was on a tight schedule and the amazing service team had me in and out in 1 hour, no worries about have to rush to my next appointment. Thank you everyone!

Ray Grapes was awesome. From my first email to closing the deal, Ray provided true customer service. He listened, offered sound advice and didn't harass or push me. He was patient and kind throughout the process. I highly recommend working with him. Oh and I love my new car!!

Great Service
The service was prompt and the service tech was professional and friendly. I called on the day before to schedule service and was expecting a scheduling date 3 or 4 days later but it was next day service and without having to wait 3 hours for the service to be completed.

Service
I was taken care of very well. The only thing that I had a problem with was that the salesperson knew what I could afford per month on my lease. I ended up paying more per month then I was planning on. In the future, I will make sure up front, before coming to the showroom that what I plan to pay per month doesn't go over my budget.

Great service!
I was in Laurel running errands and remembered one of my tires was slowly losing air. So I stopped at Auto Nation without an appointment, and they took me right in; it only took an hour or so, and I was back on the road with a fixed tire. This was the second time I had my new used car serviced by you, and your staff is so efficient, understanding and friendly, I will definitely be back!

Bad service in laurel MD
I visited Auto nation on November 11 for a normal oil change. After driving it home the next morning my car was idled up so fast . I have 2013 Malibu, so after taking it back to the dealer they dismissed my issue by saying everything looks good. To this day my new car sounds horrible, Know I am force to take to another to figure out what they did to my car.

Excellent Service, Great Experience
