The service I received from AutoNation was fabulous. I bought the car in on a Saturday morning. They couldn't fix the problem immediately and because my car was still under full warranty, I was given a rental car until the parts came in and they were able to fix the issue. Nia was the service representative and did an excellent job greeting me and following up with me after I left the building. The whole experience was seamless and I will definitely go back to AutoNation if I encounter any additional problems with my car.

Service
I had an engine light come on so I researched to see which dealership in my area had the Best Customer Service. Auto Nation in Laurel, Md. was said to have the best. So I called to make an appointment They told me they couldn't get me scheduled for 3 weeks. I thought this was quite a long time to get scheduled but I went ahead and scheduled it. Then when I got there, I left my vehicle with them, a few hrs. later they called and said the codes read a problem with a Diesel component and there Diesel mechanic was not expected in for a few days to address the problem. I would imagine that if I already filled out all of my basic info on my vehicle, they already new I had a diesel engine in my truck and with 3 weeks they could have scheduled the diesel truck service on the same day the diesel mechanic was scheduled to work? A month later, truck is back on the road. Seems like it could be a little better organized.

My best car buying experience EVER!
I recently bought a 2015 Buick Encore from Auto Nation in Laurel. I contacted them through their Internet Manager, Cary Hoffman. Cary is an easy-going guy who works very hard to get you the deal you want. I told him I wanted a 2015 Encore in Silver Metallic with the Convenience Package. salesman Dwanye was more than helpful with our new purchase. he listen to our needs and understood that after 28 years we were a bit unsure about all we could expect from a new suv. walked us through the process and explained each step as they happened. finance was well handled ( who likes finance ). over all a lot better than we could have anticapated.

I brought my car in to have the ignition gear looked at because it was kept getting stuck. I was not able to move it into P, D, R, or N. Upon being checked, Tony Persaud, Service Consultant informed me that everything is ok. So far so good. I was more impressed that when I asked Tony to check my car remote he walked me to the parts counter and checked it, then changed it. I had come into the dealer a few months earlier about my remote and was told I needed to pay $200 for another one, however, it only needed a new battery which cost $9.34. I am grateful to Tony for assisting with getting a new battery and saving me a couple hundred dollars. However, I still need a battery for my other remote and hope when I go back to the parts department in Laurel, MD I will not encounter any problems. Thank you Tony Persaud for my recent experience and being of such great assistance, especially with the car remote!

My appointment for an oil change and tire rotation was set for 7:30 am. The service center staff was very professional, courteous and made me feel right at home. The time spent was approximately 1 hour, which was great!

Great Service!!!
I came to the dealership in my rental car, just browsing and stressed out because I had just lost my car in an accident. I was not sure what to expect because I knew my credit was not up to par either. But I worked with Raymond Grapes and he was very awesome and understanding. He worked hard for me. Let me test drive a few things and helped me drive off with a brand new Chevy Equinox, which I love. He also made sure to make it all shiny and sparkling and perfect for me. Even added a pink license plate holder. I love it He even helped me drive my rental car back to the rental place. Awesome service here at AutoNation
