The Kearneys

Our salesmen, Rodney Smith, was very helpful to us. We had not purchased a car in 14 years, so we were not familiar with all the technical features. Rodney was very patient and kind with us. He answered questions, guided us through set up and everything. A very polite and highly professional gentleman. I would recommend that any of our friends interested in purchasing a car to see Rodney. We love our new Equinox. It has everything I had on my wish list.

Mrs. Shareem Hill-Raymond

I took my Acadia in for service before the warranty expired, in addition to a an oil change which is not covered under the warranty. The oil change was to also include tire rotation and this was not completed.

Used car sales

Sales people were helpful and the price was very good. We reserved our car before it had even been delivered and inspected so they rushed to get it done and ready since we bought it the first day it arrived. There was a leak and the drivers side window controls did not move the passenger windows. This was all found a few days later. It was all fixed for free but somewhat of a hassle.

Awesome

Our experience was very pleasent. Our sales guy was awesome. Very attentive to whatever we needed. I have done business with different dealerships to include another Chevrolet dealership and Autonation is now one of my top 3. Would highly recommend and if I needed another car would return.

Great Help

This morning i went with needed air in my tire. Was help right away. Then was told i had screw in my tire. Was upset because am a care giver and she is the hospital and need to get to her. One of your great tech said he could take care of me. Everone seen that i was up set and they jump right on it and i was out in 15 min. Thanks so much to every one.

Waiting an hour and a half for an oil change with a scheduled appointment seems a little long.

Customer Review

My wife and I arrived at the time specified for our appointment on Saturday, July 4th, 2015; we were met by Mr. Jerry Butcher our Sales Person, who is undeniably the very best Sales Person we have ever encountered. Mr. Butcher was patient, kind, and very well informed about the 2015 Chevrolet Impala LTZ we were interested in purchasing. The entire process took a few hours but we never felt pressured or intimidated by him. We are absolutely loving our decision to purchase the car. We are also sure that in the future, it will continue to bring us joy and pleasure. As for Mr. Butcher he is a Keeper and an asset to your dealership.
