service was absolutely fantastic, nice facility.

Didn't felt any pressure from the service consultant, I was informed all the things that they are going to perform. It was a very good experience.

Recent repairs

My service advisor was exceptional. She was knowledgeable, courteous, and prompt. She was friendly and very professional, a very take charge person. I really appreciated her and her efforts. I did not have an appointment but still, she accommodated my needs. I was going out of town and my air conditioner decided to fail. She got me up and running in just over 2 hours. Thanks for a job well done. I will be back.

Family Experience

Autonation Chevy is the best dealership I have ever encountered. The service is excellent. The Sales people go above and beyond to get you exactly what you want and need with out pressuring you to buy. I will and have recommended this dealership to friends and family! They work like a family to ensure you get the best deal! I couldn't leave until I was completely satisfied and understood all my options. They are wonderful people and Chevrolet is lucky to have them!

Great Service

I was happy on how hard Cindy worked to get me a car. It took a couple days but she got me a car that I love. I have sent a friend there already and plan on sending more.

Outstanding Buying Experience

AutoNation made the buying experience smooth and uncomplicated. Sales consultant Kyle Englert kept in constant contact throughout the entire process, from order to build to delivery. And he has maintained that contact after the sale, so I feel confident that if I have any questions regarding the car, he will be there to assist. Totally satisfied.

Great customer service

I generally do not like the car buying experience and I did not plan to purchase a car at this time however, I needed to replace a vehicle. My purchase with Autonation GMC Laurel has by far been the easiest experience I've ever had and I actually felt like I got a good deal. Donald Georgette is my sales rep. He's very knowledgeable and took the time to show me everything I needed to know about the vehicle, he worked to get me a price and finance rate that I was comfortable with, and he has stayed in touch to ensure I'm happy and is helping me get some promised items taken care of. Overall, it's been a good experience and I'll definitely refer friends and family to Autonation Laurel. Thank you for making everything from start to finish pleasurable.

AutoNation -Laurel (Old Fox Chevrolet) Service

Tony had the know-how to help relay the service problem I described to the mechanic. This made for speedy work and proper fix the first time. He was timely in updates and made the process smooth. He is a good example of how to operate for other dealerships and shops. Thanks to the mechanic as well, they are the key to the final product. ( Your new Service building is very nice )
