My service advisor was exceptional. She was knowledgeable, courteous, and prompt. She was friendly and very professional, a very take charge person. I really appreciated her and her efforts. I did not have an appointment but still, she accommodated my needs. I was going out of town and my air conditioner decided to fail. She got me up and running in just over 2 hours. I generally do not like the car buying experience and I did not plan to purchase a car at this time however, I needed to replace a vehicle. My purchase with Autonation GMC Laurel has by far been the easiest experience I've ever had and I actually felt like I got a good deal. Donald Georgette is my sales rep. He's very knowledgeable and took the time to show me everything I needed to know about the vehicle, he worked to get me a price and finance rate that I was comfortable with, and he has stayed in touch to ensure I'm happy and is helping me get some promised items taken care of. Tony had the know-how to help relay the service problem I described to the mechanic. This made for speedy work and proper fix the first time. He was timely in updates and made the process smooth.
