Lori was very pleasant to work with. She made me feel right at home, she didn't pressure me into anything, and best of all she asked me what I was looking for instead of trying to sell me something. When it came time for price she and Greg Fails worked with me on the trade in value of my vehicle (gave me more then what I was looking for) and even gave me a great price on a new Optima EX that I couldn't pass up. They went above and beyond in my opinion, and because of that they will have a customer for future Kia's.

I just want to say that my experience this time in leasing my new Cadillac was awesome. This is the fourth time I have leased a Cadillac from Jeff Wyler, and by far this time was the best. John was great from the get go! From getting the offer finished quickly, to the sign and balloons left on my car. John was very knowledgeable about my new CTS, and explained everything so well. After a disappointing visit to another Nissan dealer in Northern KY, I checked the online inventory available at a number of dealerships. Jeff Wyler Nissan Fairfield had the closest vehicle to what I was looking for. I spoke with Chris Patton, who was quick to verify the details of the car I was interested in and arrange a test drive for the following evening. He emailed me his contact info and pictures of the vehicle that evening. By the next morning I had a follow up email from him offering to get the financing prework started in the event I decided on a car and we could come to terms on a purchase. The vehicle in their inventory wasn't exactly the exterior/interior color combination I was looking for, Chris even went so far as to bring another car from another dealership to give me two options. On the day of my visit to the dealership, Chris stayed late to make himself available through the whole test drive, negotiation, financing process and gave me a thorough overview of the vehicle's settings, technology, etc. He made sure I had all the info I needed on the dealership, amenities, etc. Chris was very knowledgeable, took time to patiently answer my questions and offered to make himself available at any time. Overall a good buying experience.
