2014 SRX
I have purchased a Cadillac from Wyler in Fairfield before. They are professional, helpful and right there to seal the deal. The showroom and service waiting area is clean and stocked with drinks and munchies...always a good thing. My sales person was John Reed. He was very energetic and answered all of my '50 questions'. At delivery, he was great at showing and explaining all new features on SRX. Also, I liked the balloons and congrats sign. Very good personnal service and I would definitely do again and recommend to others.

Great experience with used car purchase
I just purchased a used Nissan for my daughter from Jeff Wyler in Fairfield and what extremely impressed with the whole experience. Everyone at the dealership went out of their way to be friendly and helpful. I worked with Bernard, who was very personable to both me and my daughter and really keen to match my daughter with a vehicle that met her needs (and mine). When my younger daughter needs a car I will definitely be calling Bernard.

Great dealership... Bernard Caldwell great salesman
I just went in to look and shop around for a Kia Optima and drove one home that night. Bernard worked hard to get me to drive home a new car that night and he came though. First Cadillac
Purchasing my first new Cadillac was very enjoyable. My wife wanted a red CTS coupe with a silver interior but they didn't have one on the lot. Kitty Kline told us that she would find one and have it there in a couple of days. She did!! It was just as my wife wanted. The service was great, as was the price. Thanks to all at Jeff Wyler Cadillac and Kitty Kline. We will be back.

My husband and I got a Kia Soul with John and from the time I called him back til we signed the paper work and were out the door, John was so friendly, understanding, and professional. He was unlike any other sales person we have ever dealt with. We had some pretty rude and stuck up sales people from other dealerships, but John, He was so easy to talk to and he did everything possible to give us the best experience and the best possible deal with our new vehicle. He knew we had credit issues and he help with those too. If your looking for a great salesmen that's not going to put smoke up your butt and treat you like a real person, call John! Hes the best in Cincinnati!!!!

Highly Recommend Jeff Wyler Nissan
I contacted several dealers via email to get quotes on a new Altima. Jeff Wyler Nissan was the quickest to respond and offered a great price. When another dealer offered to beat their quote, I sent an email thanking them for their time, but David Goodwin called me and advised me that they were serious about earning my business. They ended up offering me a better deal which was fantastic, but the professionalism and responsiveness to my inquiries is what impressed me the most. I drove farther to do business with them and did not regret it. The car I was interested in was ready for me, and David treated us very well. He was knowledgeable about the features and made our final purchase negotiations pleasant and respectful. The sales manager, Jeremy Cupp, was friendly, and the finance manager, Selwyn Brown, was efficient, professional, and easy to work with. It was an outstanding buying experience from initial inquiry through purchase and delivery. I highly recommend David Goodwin and Jeff Wyler Nissan.

New Sorento purhase experience
My husband and I were very pleased with our experience at Jeff Wyler Kia, in Fairfield, Ohio. I had been to several dealerships prior to Jeff Wyler. I was much more impressed by the people working at Jeff Wyler. Our sales person, Gary Hambrink, was very helpful and informative about the vehicle. Above all, he seemed to care about our experience there and making sure we were pleased with our decision on our purchase. He couldn't have been more helpful. I would say, Jeff Wyler is very selective of his employees. They all did a great job. Thank you Gary, for a great vehicle buying experience. I would recommend Jeff Wyler Kia and Gary Hambrink to my friends. I have had my Sorento for three weeks now. I can't find anything I don't like about it! Loving my new Kia!!

My experience with Jeff Wyler Fairfield Kia Service Dept.
Over a month ago I took my car to the Jeff Wyler Fairfield Kia Service Department and they diagnosed a leak from the transfer case seal. They recommended a transfer case seal replacement. I took my car to the service department and had them replace the transfer case seal. I picked up my car and within two minutes and two miles of leaving the service department my car jerked, made a horrible, maddening sound as if it were blowing up and stopped in the middle of Mack Rd. To make a long story short they towed my car back to the service department and gave me a loaner car. Delton from the service department called me at 6pm that evening; he told me that transfer case through no fault of their own just happened to seize up and caused the transmission to blow up. He told me they would take no responsibility for the repairs and it would cost me $6600.00 for a new transmission and transfer case. You can imagine the state of mind I was in. The next day I was faxed the price for a used and re manufactured transmission which was a couple of thousand dollars less. At this point I was livid not just because of the totality of what had happened but also because of what could have happened when your car's transmission blows up minutes after a repair and your car stops abruptly in the middle of the road. To make a long story short, I spoke with Steve Lacey the next day. He told me that they would look at the repair (after the fact) and try to determine what happened to cause the transfer case seal and transmission to blow up. Steve said that upon their inspection they couldn't find anything wrong that would cause this to happen. Next, Steve said they were having a Kia engineer come in to look at this. Steve said the engineer couldn't find anything wrong. At this point Steve said they were going to put in a transmission and transfer case seal at no cost to me because it would be covered under warranty. They also put in an air compressor which was also under warranty. So although my initial overall experience with the Jeff Wyler Fairfield Kia Service Department was extremely negative in the end they stepped up and made it right. So, thank you Jeff Wyler Fairfield Kia Service Department; I'm hoping for the best this time around.
