I had talked to John on the phone and decided to take an afternoon and see if I could get an XTS. He ORDERED me to sit down and we started talking. After some time we decided to look at a customer service XTS he had outside. I had indicated that I would like a black one but this was silver coastal. He LET me sit in the car and then ORDERED ME inside to put some numbers together. I asked if I could drive the car and he indicated that I could DRIVE IT HOME. After several hours we worked out a lease that was good for both of us. HE FINALLY TOLD ME THAT I COULD DRIVE THE CAR NOW. I THANKED HIM!!!! I had never leased a $50000 car that I never drove. SERIOUSLY, John was very nice. I enjoyed his first question, What would you like to accoumplish todayl? He worked very hard to get me into this car. I just never got to DRIVE THE CAR until I took it home, and that was OK. I was familiar with the XTS before my visit with him, but I did not tell him. I just decided dto harrass him about not driving the car instead. I would highly recommend John to my clients and friends. I can see why he had TOP SALESPERSON AWARDS on his desk. He worked very hard to establish a RELATIONSHIP with me. I appreciate that. He did a great introduction to the car before I took it home. He also released 4 balloons before I left and took pictures. Releasing the balloons was a prayer that I had safe driving and enjoyment with the new car. NICE TOUCH!!!!\ THANKS JOHN!!!!! I HOPE WE CAN DO THIS AGAIN IN 3 YEARS!!!! I WISH YOU ALL THE BEST!! KIA Sorrento - great car - great salesman experience
Elan Mousa was a pleasure to work with and the Sorrento is great! Elan did not try high pressure and - kept his word. Also the car is great on gas for an AWD SUV

2 Souls are better than 1
The sales men at Wyler Kia were very helpful, friendly, and knowledgable! We never felt pressured and they were very willing and worked hard to meet our wants and needs to get what we want. We highly recommend Blake Brewer and Greg Fails when you visit there. They were so good we bought 2 Souls!

Trade In New Kia for New Kia
I bought a 2014 Kia Sorento last May and was having problems with the after market sunroof. I made the decision to just get rid of that Kia and get a different one. Elan Mousa had sold me that Kia and I was very happy with all his help and guidance in buying it. So, when I walked into the Kia showroom last week, I was so relieved to see him there ! He was very concerned about the problems I had been having with the sunroof . When I asked him what other 2014 Sorentos he had on site, he happily showed me what they had...even in the rain. So, I am now driving a Wonderful Kia Sorento with a FACTORY panoramic sunroof which I Love ! Elan was able to get a good deal for me, and I am so happy with my new Kia ! I have told lots of my friends that this is the place to buy a car!! And to see Elan! He is very helpful, but most of all, he is very knowledgeable about all the Kias and their features. Actual bumper to bumper knowledge !!! Thanks so much Elan for all your help and concern you showed me last week !! I love my Kia !!!

First time buyer
I am glad I came to this dealer. Bernard and everybody at Kia were wonderful! I had my daughter with me who is two and we all know that isn't fun but everybody seemed like they were enjoying her company and she loved ringing the bell when we bought our BRAND NEW car. It had been 18 years since I went to buy a new car and I was really nervous about the process. I had been warned about being pressured especially as a woman. Bernard made me feel at ease -- asking what I wanted in a new car rather than showing me something I wasn't interested in. He answered all my questions, explained my options and let me make the choice. After the purchase, he took the time to explain how all the features on the car worked and even set up the blue tooth for me. I sing Bernard's praises to my family and friends.
