I would like to give a personal "THANK YOU" to Mr. John Reed for his assistance with the purchase of my wife's new Nissan Pathfinder. Mr. Reed was a very active and keen listener to what I wanted and what was required to close the deal. I had already done a fair bit of research online and visited another dealership. However, I chose to pull the trigger at Jeff Wyler because of Mr. John Reed's direct, honest, and open approach. I knew what she wanted, so it was just a matter of finding the right car at the best possible deal. Since I'm a "Buyer" in my professional life, I've seen and know most of the games and tactics that are used in a business transaction. However, I never once felt like any games were being played. Therefore, I was very comfortable with the transaction and felt like it was a WIN/WIN for both parties. If you're in the market to buy a new or used car, I highly recommend you go visit Mr. John Reed at Jeff Wyler in Fairfield. It was a pleasure doing business with Mr. Reed for the following reasons: 1. He was a very keen and active listener to what I was looking for and needed to close the deal 2. He didn't use any sales tactics or games - very professional and direct 3. He understood I was serious about buying a car and HAD other options if we didn't reach a fair deal I'm a buyer in my professional life, so I've seen a few a tactics over the last 20+ years. Nevertheless, my wife is very happy with her new car. Go see John Reed and I'm sure, you'll be just as happy and satisfied with your decision.

My overall experience was great. I had just actively begun my car search and didn't really think I would be buying a car on the same day of my initial visit to this dealer. Dakota's customer service skills were great from my initial point of contact on the internet and even more so in person. He was professional, friendly and very down to earth. He worked to help get me the car I wanted ( including the color) that was also within the budget I could afford. He allowed me to be as comfortable as possible during my wait by offering me drinks and pizza and he allowed me to charge my dying phone. After the sale, Dakota even helped me to clear out my belongings from the trunk in my old car to my new car. I would definitely recommend this dealership and Dakota to my family and friends!

John responded to my web request and worked around my busy work schedule. I told him the car, color, and budget. He found me exactly what I wanted. He walked me through the whole process and even kept in touch after delivery. For the first time I had a new car sales person who really listen to what I had to say.

Working with Bernard Caldwell made buying a car seem almost easy. He was very professional, knowledgeable about the car and overall made the experience an enjoyable one. I will definitely recommend Bernard to friends and family if they are in the market for a car. However, I was very hesitant to rate the dealership overall experience as excellent, because it was not. We were there from 2:00 PM till 9:00 PM which is an unacceptable length of time to make a customer wait. This was due to the finance department not having enough staff to adequately handle the customers. I rated Excellent across all areas but this was ONLY because of Bernard's great customer service and his willingness to help get me into the right car. I hope the dealership can fix this problem in the future as I think it would help their business going forward. Thanks, Robert Fesko
