I purchased a Kia Soul last year and Duke Hilsercop was not the primary salesperson but he answered my questions with clarity and honesty which greatly helped me purchase the vehicle when the primary salesman was not available. Due to a major accident, I returned to this dealer to replace the vehicle that I bought last year. Obviously, I was in a difficult situation and I knew that Duke would be the perfect sales person. He offers------experience-----knowledge of the product--------willingness to serve all the specific personal details of the customer-----efficiency-----very important listening skills and compassionate kindness. I have not purchased a car on my own before but I knew that I could ask any question of Duke and receive clear and grounded answers. He is trustworthy and I felt secure that he wanted to be absolutely sure that all my needs were met. Also, he clearly has a good working relationship with the other associates at this dealership. At present, he is going above and beyond to facilitate the necessary details in designing a vinyl wrap for my new Kia Soul! I am grateful to Duke and to the manager, Doug and to each employee for their excellent service. My daughter recently purchased a vehicle from this dealership and we both will continue to recommend them. I asked Duke how to comment on his excellence and I am grateful for the opportunity.

I was blown away by the customer service and...
I was blown away by the customer service and professionalism by the staff, especially Greg F. at Jeff Wyler Kia. Even before stepping foot into the dealership I did some considerable research online and via telephone. I was very pleased with everyone I came in contact with on the phone (unfortunately I don't remember your name to provide you with the recognition you deserve...my apologies) as well as when I came into the dealership. Gregory F. took the time to answer all of my questions and thoroughly broke down the car buying process. Gregory F. was very patient and understanding even when I repeatedly asked him to explain things to me. The stress/fear that some may experience with purchasing a new car was completely alleviated by the staff at Jeff Wyler. My sales person worked with me to find me a great car, at a great price. I found my car buying experience to be wonderful and definitely plan to return to Jeff Wyler Kia any and everytime I am in the market for a car. Also the staff is very honest. My checkbook fell out of my pocket as I was looking at cars, two employees found my checkbook and immediately returned it to me (again I would thank you by name if I remembered them...my apologies). In a nutshell, I couldn't be more satisfied with my experience at Jeff Wyler Kia in Fairfield, Ohio.

and knowledgeable when it came to helping me get financed and find the right car for my budget. He fought hard to get me approved with my situation.Dakota even helped me clean out my trunk. Haha He's the best!! Selwyn is really nice and does his job very well. He thoroughly explained all of the details within my finance papers.

Excellent service, great car
This is our first Nissan and we leased the Nissan Note. Great car! Rick B was our sales person and we couldn't be happier. He was so professional and best of all, not "pushy". Great customer service and if we ever decide to own another Nissan, we hope Rick is there to make it as easy as this one was to purchase. Thank you Rick!!

The overall experience I had at Jeff Wyler Nissan was extremely better than I had anticipated...I brought my Nissan thru Jeremy Cheek and would definitely recommend him to my friends and family... I found the price to be very fair and am now enjoying my new Pathfinder, overall I would buy thru this dealership again..

I recommend them both to anyone who is considering buying a vehicle because they are very knowledgeable and understanding. Greg Fails and Ryan Davis helped us every step of the way. They were good listeners with very positive attitudes. After the sale, I explained that my wife doesn't drive and they both offered to follow us home (Ryan drove the 2012 Altima we purchesed and Greg followed behind Ryan in his car), while I drove my car home. To me, that's "above & beyond" service!

I had a great experience at Jeff Wyler in Fairfield. The customer service was outstanding. I had called a day ahead to schedule an appointment and let Ryan Davis, the employee who dealt with my purchase, know what I was looking for. I arrived late and I was still given excellent customer service. Ryan had the car I was looking for waiting for me when I got there. He was very friendly, personable and made the experience enjoyable for myself and my brother. He's also a bit of a comedian. The dealership stayed open hours after closing to give me time to make my decision and complete all of the necessary paperwork. I was very pleased with my purchase and would recommend it to friends and family. I would also recommend Ryan Davis, who was an absolute pleasure to work with.
