I am really impressed with this dealer .. Wide variety of cars and Mr. Helal Mousa made it easy for me with his knowledge and patience .. He knew what suited my budget and directed me to a choice that I am vet satisfied with , he also introduced me nicely to financing and service which were very helpful . I recommend Jeff Wyler Fairfield to all my friends ..

My experience was excellent due to me having a...

My experience was excellent due to me having a salesperson such as Bernard Caldwell. He was determined to get me into a safer, reliable, warmer vehicle. With the help of others I now have a CAR, not just transportation to and from work. Everything was done to help stay within my budget but of course having me leave a happy customer. I was very happy (still today), and emotional. Thanks Bernard Caldwell and Jeff Wyler staff keep up the great job. The best Thanksgiving ever. Miss Ogle

I spent three days at the car dealership and each time...

I spent three days at the car dealership and each time Dakota was the salesperson that helped me. I spent a lot of time trying to pick out the perfect car for myself that would be affordable. Dakota was very helpful in finding the car that was best fit for me. I came into the dealership hoping to trade in my old car for a new one and was able to work out the price so it was affordable for me. Dakota was very helpful in working with me on a price and going back and forth to see if a better deal could be made. Dakota seemed to be very experienced and knowledgeable in the work he does and knew a lot about all the cars that were available. He was very friendly and made sure to make me feel as comfortable as possible. He was constantly offering me drinks and he even ordered a pizza while I was there and offered me that as well. The color of car I wanted was not available on their lot so he checked with another dealership and within two hours the car was on their lot getting ready for me to drive off in it. The car was perfectly detailed and Dakota made sure to go over everything in the car with me before I left. Everyone on the sales floor was very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this dealership and Dakota to anyone that is interested in purchasing a new or used car!

I was looking for a small car that would be good on gas...

I was looking for a small car that would be good on gas mileage. I had a friend who had previously purchased from Jeff Wyler and has been treated very well since their purchase. When I arrived at the lot I found the car that I liked and purchased it. One thing I appreciated about the salesmen I talked with is that they did not make me feel as if I was under pressure to make quick decisions about the purchase. Dakota Minch explained everything in detail and made sure that if I had any questions he would answer them. They were all very friendly and not pushy like some car lots. This is the first new car I have purchased and in the future if I purchase another one will definitely go back to Jeff Wyler.

Raymond Richard is new to Jeff Wyler and we found him to be a man of integrety, honesty and very customer oriented. He sold us a car for $5000 and his treatment of us as a customer was as if we had just purchased the most expensive car on the lot. He could not do enough for us and I would send anyone asking for a good dealership to Jeff Wyler and ask only for Raymond. Thank you Raymond for the royal, friendly treatment. As we all know the car buying process can be very long...

As we all know the car buying process can be very long and tedious - having Dakota Minch help get through it made it a bit more bearable. Dakota and the staff at Jeff Wyler Nissan were nothing but professional and extremely patient and helpful. Dakota took his time and made sure I got the car I wanted and searched the lot till he found one in the color I was happy with. Even though it was quite late and close to closing time Jeremy Wright also took the time to explain how all the “gadgets” worked and answered all my questions without rushing so he could go home. I would certainly recommend friends and family to Jeff Wyler of Fairfield.
