As always - service was very friendly and...

As always - service was very friendly and attentive...like how you guys clean and vacuum the car. Wait was reasonable, enjoyed looking over the new models in the show room.

I arrived early and was greeted by Jess. He treated me as if I were a friend, not a customer. His honest desire to get me in and out quickly was very much appreciated. He updated me about halfway through my wait and, when the time came, made check-out a breeze. Thank you, Jeff Wyler. You have yet to disappoint!

Very happy new car owner

Bought my new 2014 Kia Sorento on 12/21/13 and couldn't be happier. I got a great SUV for a great deal. Also, worked with Greg Fails and he was GREAT. Very helpful and took the time to go over every detail and question I had. This is my 2nd Jeff Wyler vehicle and I'm sold on this dealership.

11/26/13 30,000 mile service done. When appointment was...

11/26/13 30,000 mile service done. When appointment was scheduled, I requested that they order me some touch up paint. (That way I could pick it up when my car service was completed). I reminded them of the paint request when I dropped off my car on 11/25/13. When I arrived to pick up my car on11/26/13 they asked me to settle my bill and they would get my car. They charged me for the paint and brought my car. I requested that they get my touch up paint so I didn't forget it. That is when I found out that the paint hadn't even been ordered yet!!!! Delton was in a nearby office and overheard the conversation. He stated that he completely agreed with me and that the paint should have been ordered. He refunded the cost of the paint and told me that when it comes in he would mail it to me. I thanked him and went to my car. There was oil all over the hood of my car!!!! I pointed it out to Delton --- they grabbed towels and started wiping the oil from my car. I was quite upset and expressed that I had expected better service from a dealership. At this point, completely frustrated, I got in my car and drove away. I noticed my windows needed to be cleaned so I spayed my windows with the wiper cleaner spray. The windshield wipers started to wipe the windows, but instead of cleaning my windows, the wipers just smeared the solution all over my windows and it began to freeze so I couldn't see. I had to pull my car off of the road and wait for my car to warm up and defrost the windows. During this time I inspected the windshield wipers to determine why this happened. I found the the windshield wiper on the driver's side had been installed but the wiper cover had not been removed to make it ready for use. I drove back to the Dealership to show Delton what had happened!! This not only endangered my safety but that of my grandson who was traveling with me. It has now been almost a month from my service date and I still don't have my touch up paint! It is about time someone reveals the type of service really performed at this dealership.

Duke was fantastic ..great personality and good looking and down to earth. He got us in an affordablencar and worked well with us. He kept in contact and was amazing. Awesome guy to deal with and very honest!.

I recently had to buy a new car after an accident totaled...

I recently had to buy a new car after an accident totaled my 2007 Altima which I loved! David Goodwin was patient with me....even digging me cars out of the snow to look at as I made my new selection of a 2014 Altima. I am so happy about my new car and would highly recommend Jeff Wyler to anyone in the market for a new car!!

I've been without a vehical for over a month and...

I've been without a vehical for over a month and wasn't sure I was going to get one any time soon. It was becoming very annoying to try and find a ride to work, church or the store; and I spent my weekends confined and unmobile. I prayed for relief and God directed me to this website. I filled out the credit application on line and within 10 minutes I recieved a call from Mr. John Reed. John was very pleasant and understanding, his exact words were "I'm going to work hard for you and I promise we're going to get you in a car by the end of the day". Not that I didn't have cofidence in God or Mr. Reed, but I knew my circumstances with my credit and no money to put down on a car. At the end of the day, Mr. Reed didn't break his promise, not only did he fulfill his promise, but he was so wonderful to work with. He made me laugh in a situation that was very stressful and scary, this was a huge step for me and my mentally challenged son. Although it was challenging for Mr. Reed and I was very undecisive, Mr. Reed never made me feel pressured or unconfortable, he made the process so much easier. I will and have recommended Mr. Reed to ALL of my family and friends. And.... when I decide to purchase another car, I will not hesitate to contact John Reed.

Jake Roler always takes great care of my car. I have been getting my car serviced at the Jeff Wyler Farfield Nissan location since I purchased new. The wait is never extremely long and he always communicates any issues I may have with my vehicle. I am a loyal customer because of the great customer service I receive.
