Arif Samad was great to work with in purchasing a new...

Arif Samad was great to work with in purchasing a new car. He was very willing to answer any questions and to let us test drive any car that we requested. Any time that we had to spends waiting we were asked if we needed anything to drink. We were there around lunchtime and he asked us if we wanted anything to eat for lunch. He was very nice and very easy to work with. I also noticed that he is good at multi-tasking more than one client at a time leaving both clients to feel important.

Dealing with Greg my sales person was a very pleasant experience. Greg has a very friendly personality and will go the extra mile to make the buying experience what it should be.I would without a doubt recommend Jeff Wyler Kia of Fairfield to anyone desiring a no hassle buying experience.I also would recommend the Sorrento to those desiring an attractive and great driving auto.Although I just recently purchased the vehicle, There is no doubt that I am going to love it.

Over the years I've purchased many cars/trucks from a variety of dealerships. Most of these experiences have been like going to the dentist some good but mostly bad, however I consider my dealings with Bob Woodford at Jeff Wyler Cadillac as a very positive experience. Customer courtesy, open negotiations, willingness to satisfy customer needs, technical knowledge and expeditious paperwork were all top of the line. I look forward to this professional relationship continuing through the warranty period and hopefully future dealings.

Overall dealership was great. The salesman was the GM's...

Overall dealership was great. The salesman was the GM's son. He wasn't suffering from entitlement though. He worked very hard to help make and close the deal. I was very happy with the approach and the helpfulness. The Sales Mgr came out and talked to me for awhile and was very friendly and helpful in closing. It was not a push experience at all. The trade in was fair and they were great in hooking me up with financing from a local credit union. I've been back a couple of times for maintenance/scheduled service and have really been impressed. I'd buy again from this dealership in a minute.

Duke was both professional and pleasant. He wasn't pushy...

Duke was both professional and pleasant. He wasn't pushy as many salesman are. Travis, the sales manager, was also professional and courteous. Together they make quite the team. We feel we received a great value for our dollar! We were so happy with our purchase that we had our daughter buy a car there the very same day!

Service was outstanding (persistent yet not pushy). We felt Harold and his manager(s) genuinely took a personal interest in us and our desire to own an SRX, and really worked hard to work out terms that would be acceptable to us. They never made us feel out of place or that it would be impossible to strike a deal. We certainly would buy there again and without hesitation will recommend to others that they ought to patronize Jeff Wyler Cadillac.

I was totally satisfied with my experience at Jeff Wyler Kia in Fairfield. I had been to several other dealers and none could touch the customer service and deal I got by going here. I would recommend to anyone looking for a new vehicle. William went above and beyond to get the pricing I needed and Tracy was awesome too.
