Outstanding! We purchased a car over the internet through Adam our Sales Representative. He was very helpful, professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Adam ensured everything went smoothly from start to finish. The car was exactly as expected when we arrived to pick it up and there were no issues whatsoever. Financing was managed by Carol who did a fantastic job and ensured everything went smoothly and efficiently. Overall this was a great experience and we highly recommend Mercedes Autobon for your next car purchase and ask for Adam in Sales and Carol in financing!

I liked my sales person but no one in this dealership was
I liked my sales person but no one in this dealership was ethical. Every time they had an opportunity to cut corners they tried. I ended up leasing the vehicle for $100 more than what was quoted online.
