Friendly people and great service. Ben was my sales person and he handled everything in a professional manner. It was a great pleasure dealing with him and he made sure everything was covered before I drove away in my new car. He's made my buying experience a great one.

Purchase of our Outback

Payman listened to what we were looking for and the price range we wanted. He never pressured us and answered all our questions completely. He is knowledgeable about the Subaru and informed us what to expect with our purchase of the 2016 Subaru Outback we ordered. We enjoyed working with Payman very much.

Subaru Stevens Creek - Salesman Shane Amirkiai

I was immediately helped by the team and treated with respect. All of my questions were welcomed and I never felt rushed or put down for the simplicity of my level of knowledge. I began looking alone on the lot and within two minutes I was greeted by a mechanic/service team member who immediately got a sales team member to promptly work with me. As I later discussed numbers with the salesman, he brought in someone from financing to clarify a few questions I had about my unique finances. The team works seamlessly and it was the most impressive component of my experience, along with the genuine friendliness of every single team member. Thank you!

The staffs are super nice, patient and efficient!

I arrived the service center on time, but still need to wait for a while due to the staffs were servicing other clients. But the staffs are super nice, patient and efficient! Great service!

Excellent service, highly recommended!

There is a very comfortable sitting area (with donuts!) for waiting and very friendly staff. Tony (my service advisor) went out of his way to get an unexpected special part for my car by sending someone out to buy one and install it while i waited. I was at the dealership for nearly 6 hours for my 90K service plus some extras. Tony made sure to give me updates along the way and help get the service done as quickly as possible. I felt like I was a valued customer, and my car received top quality repairs. Thank you!

Convenient Service on a Saturday Morning

Service advisor was very nice and explained exactly what was going to be performed during the service. She was also good about giving me updates on my car, while I waited. The dealership was a bit overloaded in my opinion, but they handled it as best as they could. Subaru is a growing brand, so I expect them to expand accordingly in the next several years.
