My new vehicle had a malfunction which caused it to die.

My new vehicle had a malfunction which caused it to die. However the service team did not adequately diagnose the cause of the issue beyond what the error code said. Further there was no deeper diagnosis as to the cause or offer any service work for the vehicles beyond saying “it happens”.

We’re truly sorry to hear about the trouble you experienced, and we understand how frustrating a vehicle malfunction can be—especially with a new purchase. We do want to clarify our approach. Our service team followed the standard diagnostic procedures recommended by the manufacturer, which includes reading all fault codes and running the associated tests to determine the root cause. In this case, the code indicated a condition that can occur intermittently, even on new vehicles, and the system passed all follow-up checks with no mechanical failures detected. If our team said “it happens,” the intention was to reassure you that this type of fault can occur temporarily and is not typically a sign of a larger issue—not to dismiss your concern. That said, we never want any customer to feel like we didn’t go far enough. If the issue reoccurs or if you’d like us to perform a more extensive diagnostic review, our team would be more than happy to do so at no cost. Your safety and peace of mind matter to us, and we are committed to making sure your vehicle is performing exactly as it should.
