Pick out the used car we wanted. A month later we got it back, please don't get wrong, I am thankful that the car has been fixed. When we got it back there was no spare tire and with in a week we needed to buy one at a $150.00.

In many cases, windshield replacements depend on parts availability and scheduling with our third-party glass vendors, which can cause delays that are unfortunately outside of our direct control. Looked online to see an suv I requested to see and wasn't ready. Made an appointment a day ahead. The dealer knew nothing about the suv so couldn't answer too many questions. Then the wait for the suv was crazy. I work nights and it's an hour drive to the dealer ship. Arrived at 10am then waiting for it to be cleaned and didn't leave until 4p from dealership. Then on the way home gas light came on half way home. Gave all my money for the suv and down payment but no gas

We do want to clarify a few points from our side. The SUV you selected online required additional preparation before viewing, and while we try our best to have every vehicle fully ready ahead of appointments, some units need extra time for inspection or cleaning—especially if they were recently added to inventory. That can create delays, but the intention is always to ensure the vehicle is safe and presentable for you. Regarding your salesperson not having every answer immediately, we agree that should have been better, and we’re addressing that internally. However, our team did work to get the vehicle detailed, inspected, and ready for delivery the same day, which unfortunately extended your visit longer than expected. As for fuel, we typically provide enough gas for customers to leave the lot and reach a station safely, but it should never feel like you're leaving on empty. We apologize if that wasn’t your experience and will make sure the team is more attentive to that during future deliveries. We truly appreciate you choosing us and driving an hour to get here. If there’s anything we can do to improve your experience moving forward, we’d welcome the opportunity.
Love my suv and wouldn’t change in the world but customer service could have been way better and a full tank. It’s an hour drive there then an hour back home. Then my husband and I read online for the information about the suv since the salesman didn’t know anything about it since we reserved the suv day ahead
