Marcus, DJ and Greg all did a wonderful job working with us. We have in customers of Steven Toyota for a lot of years. We always have a good experience with them. We've known DJ for years and he's always wonderful to work with. Greg was new to us but did his best to work out our paperwork. Marcus was easy, understandable and we really appreciated him. We've never had a bad experience at Steven Toyota.

I’ve had the experience of paying for services at other dealerships that were either never received or poorly executed. This is the first time (in years) that I’ve been extremely pleased with the work done. My Lexus is running like it did when it was brand new— flushed out all fluids, filter replacement, tire rotation & balance, nice cleaning. Staff was friendly, informative about the time things will take, and the videos were clear and descriptive.

This dealership has always been well-organized, responsible, reliable, and pleasant to work with. I have recommended it to friends and family in the past. However, I was disappointed in my recent visit for a routine state inspection, oil change, and check of a small problem with the AC . Although I wasn’t told an approximate time to expect to wait, based on past experience I was not prepared for the 2 .5 hour wait, most of which I spent in the customer waiting area following a brief shuttle trip into Harrisonburg. Had I known how long the wait would be and how unbearably hot the waiting room would be, I would have stayed away until called. Suggestions: updates on progress, check on temperature of waiting area and customer welfare in days of extreme heat, offer a cool drink or a fan when customers must wait for an extended time. I hope this was just an isolated experience.

As always, Mr Nick was above and beyond. We've worked together many times. Always positive with a good sense of humor. Nick answered my questions about future maintenance that I need. Thank you Mr Nick for making my stay enjoyable! Looking forward to seeing you again!

Outstanding customer service! I brought my Kia in for some recall work. Fast and friendly service and a nice facility. They even gave me a lift to take care of some other business in town while I was waiting. Very satisfied!

Jose was polite, knowledgeable and was able to get me in and out in under an hour. Great experience!

Brought car in for recall fix all went well and they did a check on other things that I should follow up on which is fine and I will take care or those yay a later date .

It is a very nice service department and friendly place to get service done on your vehicle!!
