I was looking for new vehicle. I knew exactly make/model/packages I wanted I found Imperial Ford while searching online which they had one listed. For this visit I came in prepared, knowing trade in value on my 2024 and anything else I could think of. They ended up matching everything without me telling them my secrets. I left with the vehicle feeling I made a good deal and they treated me well. I would go back.

Excellent staff, unique and welcoming atmosphere, and the massive selection made my visit an excellent experience. This will be my go to place for all of my future car purchase. The salesman we had was fantastic. He was patient with our many questions, made recommendations and helped reassure our final choice. Dishonest business practices; misrepresenting vehicle prices. Everyone, do not contact Kim Richardson. This car salesperson lists different prices for the same vehicle across two different apps just to lure in customers. Once you actually arrive at their dealership, they make all sorts of excuses to dodge responsibility, and then constantly pressure you to pay a higher price.

I recently purchased a 2026 Explorer ST-Line. This is the second Explorer I have purchased from Imperial. My sales consultant was Ed Cushing. He made the whole process as easy as possible. No high pressure tactics. Ed spent time to explain the features of the vehicle. This was very helpful during the decision making process. I was treated with respect the whole way.

Signed contract to purchase used 2022 Ford Maverick with 62,500 miles on 2-21-26, no title to register it until 2-25-26 took possession on 2-28-26. Entertainment system and rear view camera stopped working on 3-20-26, was told i only had 30 day warranty and they would not cover repair. Dealer warranty shows 60 day warranty on used vehicles between 40,000 and 79,999 miles. I researched this and found a recall reference number 24S59 which covers this repair. You would think the service department knew their warranty policy or should have known about recalls on the vehicle instead of telling me sorry no warranty cant help.

Lowest moral standards I've ever witnessed, and unfortunately that truly sums it up. So... brand new car. Within a couple weeks the interior cloth started popping up along rear window, and their response was simply ... "Oh, we don't fix that". Next..The manual transmission, shifter would pop out of reverse quite often, they said it was the way I was handling it... that's all the attention they chose to give to that problem.. please note, I've been driving a stick for 30 years prior at that time. Next, The touch screen stop functioning within the first year, and there even was a recall on the electronic asst to replace the PCB etc, but once again blown off by Service with a reply of, "Oh . that's not how we understand that recall". I couldn't find another dealership's service dept that would service my car, because of where I bought it. Not because I didn't by from their dealership mind you, only because of the one in particular I did purchase from, specifically Imperial in Mendon, MA First review I've ever written right here. Folks should know how this played out. I'm hard pressed to believe my interactions were unique, the mere ease of how the pushback to my inquiries immediately flowed off their tongue as a natural response was impressive. I simply walked out all three times, didn't argue etc. but... Only because it was so obvious that was just the way they did business. I will never understand how anyone can feel good about work everyday single day and just not care to that level. I hope this was found useful, I do not enjoy speaking poorly of anyone, but bad behavior to this level, take it for it's worth I suppose.

Even doing our research ahead of time online, Ali reviewed the new arrivals to make sure we did not miss any choices. Moving from the Sales Dept to the Business office, Nic explained the costs and optional packages in detail. There were no questions unanswered. Anyone looking to begin with a smooth, enjoyable sales experience with an advisor who listens, ask for Ali. We left with a car AND a smile.
