Janell Boone provided exceptional service when I arrived to service for routine maintenance. Soon as I arrived, she greeted me and quickly got me squared away. Once my car was ready, she went over future services that I would need soon. Definitely a great visit.

I recently visited Checkered Flag Honda for my first free oil change and tire rotation after purchasing my 2024 CR-V Sport Hybrid. From the start, Stephanie Z., my service rep, was welcoming, attentive, and personable. She explained the service timing and made sure I was comfortable. During our conversation, I mentioned my concern about the Diamond Ceramic Coating not giving my car the shiny finish I expected. Stephanie immediately took ownership of the issue, offering to look into it and make things right. She needs to be cloned! I also spoke with Sales Manager Brian, who worked with Stephanie and Janell in Service to arrange for the coating to be reapplied. Although hesitant, Janell’s reassurance convinced me to proceed, and I’m so glad I did. When I picked up my car, it looked stunning—inside and out! The paint had a beautiful shine, and the car had a flawless appearance. I also met Dion from Detailing, who kindly offered helpful tips to maintain the paint. Checkered Flag Honda truly made me feel valued. From their proactive service to their commitment to customer satisfaction, it's clear they care deeply about their customers. I highly recommend them for a top-notch experience. Thanks to Stephanie, Brian, Janell, and Dion for going above and beyond!
