Josh Did an over and above job taking care of me and my 2024 CRV Hybrid Sport Touring… He also went the extra mile and got my recall done while my vehicle was there with an extra recall kit that could have gone to anyone, but he saved me from having to come back, and its service like this that will keep me coming back to Checkered Flag for sales and service. The CRV is my third new Honda! My first new Honda Accord in 1986… Second Accord in 2013 and now the New CRV in 2024… All from Checkered Flag Honda and it's because of people like Josh. From the time I drove in for my appointment… Josh took care of me including providing me, transportation back home and having me picked up and brought back to the dealership to retrieve my vehicle. Now that service.

Quick drop off.. good people.. total cost was more than what was reported to my insurance, causing me to pay more out of pocket. My claims adjuster still hasn't heard back yet either.
