The worst service center.

The worst service center. I had an appt at 7:20 with service advisor johnny landers. I called after i dropped it off and left a message to call me. no call so called again 1pm left another message. I called 5pm was told my car was not there. got there at 5:15pm there were no service reps in the area only 2 other upset customers. then i asked for my key, they couldnt find them, then after 30 min they found them in the drop box envelope unopened. telling me that the work will be done tomorrow morning. i work

Amazing service

Gave me every single feature on the car and was very kind and patient would definitely recommend him to anyone we know to go to him to buy a car!

Great buying experience

No haggle, no pressure experience. Able to feel in control of what I’d like to spend without high pressure sales tactics. It’s a much more enjoyable experience. Buying a new car is exciting. Checkered Flag realizes this. Connor was highly knowledgeable, friendly and dealt with my transaction with integrity. I felt confident in my choice when it was all said and done. Thank you!! 40 K Mile maintenance

Service advisor very helpful, she kept me up to date with status of maintenance. Additional work needed and was completed within the allocated time.

Really nice car

I found a car I liked. The personnel were knowledgeable, helpful and very well informed about the cars. The sales process was efficient and explained as we went through the paper work. Connor was very easy to work with.
