Checkered Flag Honda are always responsive, they’ll fit you in as quickly as they can for any maintenance needed. They’be mailed me any recalls that have come in & do repair maintenance decently fast, but it is reliable corrective work in the end.

Great service

Stephanie was very helpful had a slow leak in tire wasn't sure it could be fixed was checked and found that it could not. They got me a tire and had me up and running in a timely manner

Loaner card

I got a rental car and was charged $105, when i was told 35 a day. $100 hold. This was a lie. My card was charged 105 when i only had the car for one day

We called Carl after my wife had an accident with our

We called Carl after my wife had an accident with our current 2022 Honda Odessey, which was later totaled. Carl and I set up a date to talk and as usual he was extremely helpful and ready to do what was necessary to keep my wife Marie happy. We looked a few different models and she said she want to try the CRV Hybrid which we did. We went on a ride around military circle, or what it left, to give my wife the feel of the car with no traffic. It worked great, she drove us back to the Checkered Flag dealership. Carl went over all he information on the car and cost. We bought the car, and now my wife has her new ride, the first time she has had anything other than an Odessey. And as before, A Happy Wife is a Happy Life. Thank you again Carl for your help and understanding. PS, Carl took my Ridgeline and had it washed and vacuumed, while we were checking the CRV's operations and features. We wish you and all a Very Merry Christmas and a Happy, Healthy, and Safe New Year.

Great service , clean facility

Came in for oil change and tire rotation. Job completed quick and on time. The service lady was polite ,helpful and explained everything that was done.
