Great service, disappointing repair

Friendly, punctual, clear explanations. The service department plugged a leak in my tire caused by a nail puncture. Low Tire Pressures light came back on 4 days later, so it isn’t fixed, but they tried.

Change oil

The service is not better but worse. They forget to reset the maintenance light or they don’t change the oil!

Friendly Advisor/ Smooth Process

My Advisor Jonathon was amazing and friendly! Service went smooth and I like that Checkered Flag sends a text message link to show you what service was performed or what’s recommended and if you like to proceed with the recommendation. The only reason I gave C.F a 4 star-bought the car in Oct 2023 with 5k miles and when C.F did oil change and inspection yesterday they had one item in yellow. I work from home and drive to DC once a month.Why is the injection fuel needs cleaning already for $230+.

Always clean everytime I visit them.

The Customer service was great and cleaning of the Establishment was Excellent. The Entire staff was friendly those that I came in contact with.

Excellent in every way

Bought my vehicle almost 5 years ago. They have been excellent, even after the purchase all the way until present. They are able to address all of my concerns in such a professional and caring manner. Vehicle maintenance is priced reasonably transparently. The techs are freaking fantastic, they are thorough and efficient. Cee (?, hopefully I didn't mess up her name, I was emotional) even kindly agreed to take a look at my undercarriage when I had a concern about a possible foreign object placed on my vehicle. I've dealt with recalls before and they've kept it fairly painless for me, lol! Everyone I've interacted with has been nothing but professional and kind every time I come in. I'd highly recommend this location for your vehicular needs.

Kind and helpful staff

Got exactly what I wanted for a reasonable price and everyone that works there was extremely nice and helpful. Things I didn’t wish to add to my car were still fully explained and when I said I wasn’t interested I wasn’t pressured into changing my mind.
