Professional and friendly staff

The staff were all very professional especially Joshua. I like having the ciffee and bottled water available to the customers.

Good place for preventative maintenance or repair.

Appointment time was accurate and work began. Lobby is nice. Service team was excellent. Only thing I would change is for them to email the invoice for records.

My car was broken into while getting serviced there.

My car was broken into while getting serviced there. They did not take proper actions to ensure my car was locked. They informed me that due to their lack of responsibility, I must file a police report. My car is still making noise and instead of the service manager calling me back, she emailed me to avoid speaking with me. I am informing everyone not to come here due to my experience and escalating until this is resolved. Checkered flag need to hold themselves accountable and make sure their staff are locking doors . I have lost all confidence in knowing my car is in good hands when I bring it there ! VERY DISAPPOINTED!

Best Vehicle Buying Experience

Thanks to my car sales specialist, Darryl Duchesneau, I had a pleasantly enjoyable experience purchasing my new Honda HRV. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and willing to go above and beyond to assure I was comfortable during the vehicle buying process. I hope everyone at Checkered Flag Honda is like him.

David Haydu was totally professional and patient. He’s demeanor was welcoming and made me feel at ease. He was very patient with a person like me. My wife liked the experience. We are happy with our purchase.
