Great Service: Scheduled Maintenance

Staff was very friendly, my car was serviced quickly and efficiently. I would love to see fresh baked goods (muffins, scones, pastries, donuts, etc.) from a local bakery added to the current refreshments offered in the morning.

Clean & efficient facilities.

The friendly workers were the best! I only had an oil change but definitely plan to return soon for state inspection.

Excellent customer service

I brought my accord in because this suspension was making sounds. Josh took care of getting my car in to service quickly where they were able to vote down the suspension nuts that had come loose and get me back on the road quickly. Thank you. I also liked the fact that there were hot coffee, tea, and apples and oranges available since I did not think to grab breakfast. This is a very thoughtful and nice touch and I truly appreciate such wonderful provisions being provided to customers.

took care of factory reset

My Apple CarPlay stopped working, and they found a software update and reset the system so it worked. I wish that Honda had notified me of it, rather than my having to have a problem and call in, but at least it's now fixed.
