Everything. The staff, the mechanic that serviced my car. Everyone went above to help me. I purchased my car from another Honda dealer. I lost trust and confidence in them, so I came to Checkered Flag and I'm glad I did.

John was very communicative and responded to all my texts and questions. He had the misfortune of being assigned to me and my car was in your care for 3.5 days. This meant that he had to update me multiple times.

The genuine concern for a customers purchase that I received from Daryl was awesome. He’s a great people person and was willing to help and was not over bearing. His concern and willingness to help was just perfect. And my husband and I will be back in to trade my vehicle in and purchase a new vehicle. Mr. Benjamin and Tony did an outstanding job of taking care of my wife and I. They went above and beyond from start to finish. Mr. Benjamin made the entire process of purchasing the vehicle seamless and Tony followed through with the financing end with flying colors.
