Superior Service

My appointment was for Friday. October 5. However, my plans changed and I need to change my appointment to Thursday October 4. Scheduling said if I could drop off my car by 7 am , if they could , they would work me in. Thankfully Stephanie was able to work me in and got all my scheduled maintenance completed. Wonderful customer service. Thank you for getting everything completed by Thursday so I could have my car back by Thursday late afternoon.

Excellent Service, friendly staff

I liked that I was able to pay for my vehicles repair online, as the car was ready toward the end of the day it was nice to be able to know that after hours pickup would be available. The Service Agent was courteous and friendly.

Great car buying experience

Lucas was friendly, informative and not pushy. Mike and Lucas kept my Dad and I laughing the entire time. Best car buying experience ever. Car selection was great at a good price with a 1 year WARRANTY!

Great dealership!

Loved the no haggling over price-we bought for under msrp sticker too! Connor, our salesman, was very helpful in helping us decide which model and trim level to purchase. He is very knowledgeable!

Great customer service. Our salesman was patient and professional. He was very prompt in responding to our tex messages, questions and/or concerns. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle we purchased. Great experience.

Mostly satisfied

Work done in good time. Had recall on side mirrors completed which I was not expecting. Left mirror is now not shaking which is great, however the mirror image seems a little “swimmy” or a little distorted image reflected. Left message but was not returned. Can probably keep mirror as only looking at it every few minutes.

Good Customer Service, Repairs

Although I had an appointment and planned to wait for my vehicle, I had not anticipated a lengthy wait. When I informed the Service Advisor that I had other appointments, he was very cordial and understanding and did all that he could to accommodate me. This has been my experience since purchased the vehicle. Though obviously short-staffed, employees appear to be doing all that they can to maintain their level of professionalism.
